THE DIARY GAME 1/06/2024 , A BUSY DAY (FETCH FIREWOOD, STAKE PLANTAIN AND BANANA, AND WATCHING MASQUERADE WITH MY SIBLINGS

Today really went well for me, it was very productive, although I was stressed up shaa but actually day went nice. Am so happy this night and also sharing my diary game with you guys.

HOW I SPENT MY DAY

I woke up early in the morning, went to our parlour and observe my morning devotion. After that I went outsideand did some exercises.
After the exercise, I started doing my morning duties. I first swept our surroundings , swept our rooms kitchen and parlour. After doing my morning duties I went inside the kitchen and start cooking morning food (egusi soup) , after cooking the food I brushed my teeth.
Then serve my family breakfast. After eating , I have some rest and start going to farm.

I went to the farm with my siblings. We went there to staked our plantain and fetch some firewood .
When I reach there I was very happy because almost nine the plantains has bear fruit
we started staking the plantains , we were putting stick in the plantains and banana, also removing weeds and unwanted glasses in the farm.
Putting the stick is to avoid the plantains from falling down.
Some of the banana that is edible, we take them home to eat them with rice.

After staking the planting trees and harvesting some , we went inside the inner farm and start fetching firewood around achara tree in the farm. We pack plenty firewood and share the firewood among ourselves, so it can be easy for us to take the fire wood home.

We came back to the house around 3pm in the afternoon, I was very stressed up and tired. I went inside our kitchen take some food and eat to regain my strength.
After eating I had some rest ,then start discussing with my sister , we were chatting laughing, playing games. It was really fun to have some time with them.

Some hours later, masquerade passed our compound, we start shouting and running.
I was very surprised because I didn't even remember today was 1st June. Normally in my town every first June masquerade must go around all villages in my town. And also some people will be initiated to be able to do masquerade each year
That is just our tradition and must be done every day.
The name of the masquerade passing is cid(devil). We were running while the masquerade was passing because if the masquerade catch you he will flogged you mercilessly.

After some time the masquerade went to the other village. I went inside my room brought my towel soap and sponge, then went and took my bath.

After taking my bath, l look good, clean and beautiful . I was just smiling and snapping myself.

During evening time I went inside the kitchen, prepared dinner for my family . After that I served the food , I took mine and ate, after eating I went inside my room spread my bedsheets and also swept the room.

That is how I spent my day 🤩🤩😜, love you all😘😘
