COOKING CONTEST WEEK #1: Plantain and Egg Sauce..

Hello everyone, i am so excited about this contest and i really want to thank @rokonn for organising it. I am a foodie, i love food alot, and i like to try new recipes. So today what i have prepared for my self is plantain and egg sauce pizza.

So the ingredient for this dish are:

• Plantain 500g or 3pieces.
• 3 Eggs
• 3 pieces of Tomatoes.
• 2 pieces of pepper
• 1 tsp of salt.
• 1 cube of maggie. ( you can use any spice you like).
• 1 onion.
• vegetable oil or butter.

This is for 4 servings.

Preparation step-by-step.

• First put the pan on the fire and add a little vegetable. oil to fry the plantains.
  
• Next pour in the plantains to fry, make sure they are not too dry.
  

This is the fried plantain.

• After frying the plantains, heat a little butter in a non-stick pan because you wouldnt want your food sticking in the pan.
  

• Add the onion and allow it to salté until its transparent.
  

• Add the tomatoes and pepper to the pan and fry for 1mins.
  

• then add the salt and spice to taste and stir.
  

• Add the plantains on top of the sauce, dont stir.

• Now pour in the eggs, make sure they are evenly distributed on the plantains.

• then cover for 1mins for the eggs to be cooked.
  
• Once its cooked, you can cut to 4 for serving.
  

You can enjoy this meal with a glass of juice or water.
