STEEMIT PAKISTAN REPORT BY @salmanwains - 20% to @steemit-pak

I Hope everyone is in good health and doing great. This is @salmanwains - Moderator of Steemit Pakistan Community.
Couple of days ago, @steemit-pak announced the duties and Responsibilities of Country Representatives and Moderatos to run the community in an efficient way so that Steemit Pakistan can become among the Top Communities on Steemit.
So, We have are having different duties and responsiblities which includes upvoting with curation account (steemit-pak), comments with curation account, Best Pick posts, Contest management posts, Promotion of Steemit, Guidining members, check plagiarism and make reports of activities.
So today, I have guided more than 30 members who are active users of Steemit Pakistan and performing already good on Steemit. But they still need improvements in some areas.
I have guided them properly and some of them already responded to follow the guidelines.

Supported Users with Curation Account
When it was my turn to handle the curation account, I read each and every post in the community on that day and found some beautiful diaries and contest participation posts. I used curation account (steemit-pak) to upvote quality posts with an equally percentage 50/10 depending upon the quality of the posts.
Moreover, Those who set 20% and 10% beneficiaries to steemit-pak have got 100% and 50% Upvote of steemit-pak

So On Friday, It's my duty to choose best picks of the day and post it from steemit-pak. That's why I read each and every diary post of the community from last 24 hours and made a report about the Best 3 posts of the day.

There can be several factors
But,
These are important which we look at first sight but there can be some other factors as well. There is no fix criteria.

You just need stay active on steemit and engage with other users to build strong bondings so that they follow your posts.
Comment on the posts of those users who are performing really well in different communities to get attention of Big whales.

Can we change the reward settings for the posts we already posted?
Should we change the reward settings for only the posts we post in steemit-pak or for all the other posts as well for example achievement posts, contests in different groups etc?

No, we can't change the reward settings after publishing a post.
That's just a rule we have introduced in Steemit Pakistan for our users to get better support (Booming Upvotes).
You don't need to set steemit-pak as beneficiariary in other communities or contests.
