DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMINS AND MODS IN STEEMIT PAKISTAN|| Rewards Announced!
Hello Everyone and Respected Members of STEEMIT PAKISTAN Team! Hope you all are doing well in your lives. It has been tough times for us but your inactivity is also making us drown more and more. All i want from my team is to gear up a little, pay attention towards Steemit Pakistan Community and start making comments and publications in the Official Country Community of Pakistan!
I am @steemit-pak and i am here to assign responsibilities of the Admins and Moderators working in the community.
Basically what i want is, regular posts and comments in the community. As we all know that our team is very efficient and very responsible but currently due to low support we are facing some difficulties in promoting as we have nothing to grab people's attention.
But this is not how it works! We will have to work hard in the community and then we would be able to get good Support. What this post is about is basically an encouragement and motivation for all the Steemit Pakistan team to work with all their heart in the community and take Steemit Pakistan to a higher level of Engagement and Success.

NEW TASKS FOR THE MODS AND ADMINS
Here i will be talking about some reporting system in the STEEMIT PAKISTAN Community and this shall be followed strictly. I would be giving a gift of 10 steem to all the Mods and Admins and one booming vote per week on their report.
- The report title shall be: STEEMIT PAKISTAN REPORT BY @username
- The report shall be made daily basis or once in 2 days. There should be atleast 4-5 posts per week.
- One report shall contain 10 posts in STEEMIT PAKISTAN that were not visited by any other team mate and commented by you.
- Set @steemit-pak as a 20% beneficiary in your reports.
- Make sure to guide user with proper comments. Don't forget to check plagiarism!
- Use the tags #spmod #spreport
- Mention @steemit-pak in your report.
- Share your report on any 1 social media application.
This is all for now. I am sure all the Admins and Mods will take note of this post and follow the guidelines. There will be an online meeting where the plans will be discussed and explained to all. Hope to see you all working on this. This will be implemented from tomorrow. Hope to see you all working for the progress of @steemit-pak and STEEMIT PAKISTAN Community.
