About the 3 things you will like to change, unemployment, poor infrastructure and improving healthcare, of a truth, we really need improvement in these areas. We can only hope for the better. Perhaps the vacancies that exist in those offices are waiting for their grand children to be born, grow up and then they can fill the start working, since they can't employ the graduates now.
