Introduction of My Country

I am a Pakistani national. Pakistan is a Muslim country located in the south of Asia's largest continent and it is the Muslim world's second-most populous country. It has a population of over 25 crore people. Pakistan gained independence on August 14, 1947. Pakistan is one of the most well-known and famous countries on the Asian continent. Quaid-e-Azam my wonderful leader was the first Governor-General of Pakistan's Islamic Republic. So that's a brief introduction of my lovely country Pakistan.

Three Reasons of My Love For Pakistan Country

There are many reasons in my heart to love my beloved country Pakistan but today out of all these reasons I will tell you the only 3 reasons that I like my beloved homeland very much.

Historical Places in Pakistan

The first reason why I love Pakistan so much is its historical places. There are countless historical places in Pakistan but I will tell you about a few of them and many people from all over the world visit Pakistan every year to see these places. Pakistan is known all over the world for its historical places and these recreational places have existed since before Pakistan came into existence. The name of the the best historic sites in Pakistan are given below.

  • Shalimar Garden
  • Badshahi Mosque
  • Hiran Minar
  • The Noor Mahal
  • Mohenjo Daro
  • Minar-e-Pakistan
  • Taxila City
  • Katas Raj Temples
  • Harappa
  • Lahore Fort

I can't explain them all because this post will be too long but let me tell you about a few of them. So, I will explain the first two historical places from the above list. Shalimar Garden was originally a possession of a royal Pakistani family and its construction was completed in 1641. The garden's distinctiveness stems from its design, which includes three descending terraces with lyrical names like Bestower of Life, Bestower of Goodness, and Bestower of Pleasure. Below you can see the picture of this beautiful garden.

Shalimar Garden

The Badshahi Mosque is the second historical site that I will describe. The Badshahi Mosque is another remarkable edifice and historical site in Pakistan worth seeing. It is a massive mosque that stands out among Pakistan's settled mosques and is regarded as the country's second-largest mosque after Shah Faisal Mosque. You can also see the picture of this impressive Mosque below.

Badshahi Mosque

So the first reason for my affection for Pakistan is its stunning ancient sites.

PAKISTANI ARMY

The other thing that makes me love Pakistan so much and I like this thing of Pakistan so much is its very brave army because Pakistan's army is considered one of the bravest armies in the world.

Pakistani_Army_band_commander-1.jpg

Pakistani Army

The Pakistani army has done great things in history and they do not think of their death while fighting the enemy and they fight with their enemy with all their heart and soul that is why I like Pakistan army very much.

The Pakistan Army was formed from a division of the British Indian Army that ceased to exist after India was partitioned on August 14, 1947, resulting in the formation of Pakistan. According to the most recent rankings, the Pakistan Army is the 9th most powerful army in the world, which is an outstanding feat.

Our Brave Soldiers

It is currently ranked 9th out of 140 countries. The Pakistan Army's gradual rise in the rankings implies that its professional and military capabilities have improved. So, the Army of my beloved nation, Pakistan, is the second wonderful thing about it.

2nd Highest Mountain of The World K2

The third and last good thing about Pakistan that I like is its big mountains. Mountains are an important part of any country and they add four moons to the beauty of the country. There are many mountains in Pakistan and they are very beautiful. The second largest mountain in the world called K2 is also in Pakistan. Due to this mountain many tourists come to Pakistan every year to see it which is a very good thing.

K2 Mountain

With a summit of 28,251 feet (8611m) above sea level, K2 is the world's second tallest mountain. It is known as the 'Savage Mountain' because of its difficult ascent and high fatality rate. It is located on the Pakistan-China border. An Italian expedition made the first successful ascent in 1954, but not every subsequent attempt has been as successful.

K2 Mountain

In reality, a quarter of climbers who attempt K2 perish as a result of their efforts. The K2 Mountain is part of the Karakoram mountain range that crosses the Pakistan-China border and is located in both China and Pakistan. So, this is the third positive aspect of Pakistan that I admire. I hope you enjoy it as well.

3 Changes about My Country Pakistan

Nothing is 100 percent right. If a lot of things in a country are good then there must be some bad things in it. Similarly, there are some bad things in Pakistan that we must stop or change that things. So, lets discuss the 3 bad things about Pakistan.

Corruption in Pakistan

The first bad thing I don't like about my country is corruption. Corruption is the biggest obstacle in the development of Pakistan and it has been going on for a long time. That is why Pakistan is lagging far behind today. Corruption is pervasive in Pakistan, affecting every sector from the government to the judiciary, police, health care, and education.

51675535941_dddf1ef34a_b.jpg

Corruption

The issues are long-standing, and despite repeated calls for reform and numerous attempts to address the situation, little progress has been made. The former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (Pakistan Justice Movement) administration, led by cricketer turned politician Imran Khan, promised to root out corruption in all areas.

However, there has been little progress in introducing accountability to all levels of government. Recent governments have pledged to construct a welfare state based on the Riasat-e-Madina (state of Madina) philosophy, but there has been little progress on the ground.

Corruption

All the small and big public and private institutions of Pakistan have a lot of corruption which is creating an obstacle in the development of Pakistan. If corruption is eradicated in Pakistan then Pakistan can develop twice a day and four times a night. So the first change in Pakistan that I strongly dislike is corruption and government must take an action against it.

Pollution in Pakistan

Pollution is a big problem in Pakistan and it is mostly caused by vehicles, factories in Pakistan. Smoke from large factories, cars and motorcycles pollutes Pakistan's airspace. Pakistan is now the fourth most polluted country on the planet.

wk74548334-image-kp6ckb4d.jpg

Pollution

In comparison to what it would have been if the World Health Organization (WHO) guideline was followed, air pollution reduces the typical Pakistani's life expectancy by 4.3 years. Some parts of Pakistan suffer significantly worse than others, with air pollution reducing life expectancy by over seven years in the worst-affected districts.

So you can read above how pollution affects our ages. The increase in population is the biggest reason for the increase in pollution in Pakistan. If the Pakistani government plants as many trees as possible, we can stop this pollution in a very good way. Because pollution spreads many diseases which is a very bad thing.

5067560835_b7bc82042e_b.jpg

pollution

So the 2nd change in my dear homeland I think is its pollution because it is a very bad thing we should avoid it. And if we all support the Pakistani government and plant as many trees as possible, we can avoid this pollution.

Crime in Pakistan

Another bad thing about Pakistan that I find bad is its crime ratio. The crime rate in Pakistan is increasing day by day due to the highest level of corruption. In Pakistan, crime takes several forms and occurs throughout the country, particularly in major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Islamabad, and Quetta.

Crime-scene-do-not-cross.jpg

Crime

It contains severe crimes such as murder, rape, gang rape, sexual abuse of a minor, kidnapping, armed robbery, burglary, and carjacking, among other things. In the city of Lahore, for example, there were 379 murders, 500 attempted murders, 2,650 abductions, and 55 rapes in 2021 that is a very bad thing.

Fraud, racketeering, drug trafficking, smuggling, money laundering, extortion, ransom, and political violence are all examples of organized crime in Pakistan. During the 2000s, terrorism grew more widespread, particularly in the North-West Frontier Province, the Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Balochistan, Karachi, and Lahore. Vehicle theft is a widespread occurrence, especially in large cities.

Crime

So the last change in my country is the crimes in it. I think if the Pakistani government strictly enforces this then they can be well prevented but corruption is a big issue.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and for leaving such a thoughtful remark.

In terms of historical places, I have heard alot about Pakistan with it's beautiful historical places which I most say if I ever have an opportunity then I most visit your country brother

Highest Mountain of The World

Wow it's good to hear that the highest mountain in the world is located in your country. We have the 3rd highest mountain in Cameroon which is located in Buea and it has a great history

Indeed the case of corruption in your country, I can assure you that issue is viral across several nations most especially in my country Cameroon. Corruption is spread in my entire nation to an extend even some churches practice it.

I hope this bad ideology changes for a better nation in both my country and your country

Thanks for this beautiful input brother

You have explained about corruption very deeply.

Corruption impedes investment, with consequent effects on growth and jobs. Countries capable of confronting corruption use their human and financial resources more efficiently, attract more investment, and grow more rapidly.

Thanks for share your knowledge 😘.

I think if the Pakistani government strictly enforces this then they can be well prevented but corruption is a big issue.

Crime are due to illiteracy . Firstly we should educate ourselves in true meaning. When our youth will be educated then crimes rate will also be decrease. Government should take strict action but still my point of view is that we should educate . Government should offers best environment of education.

you can read above how pollution affects our ages.

Pollution is the major cause of our country. Cities are losing their beauty due to pollution . Karachi and Lahore are among most polluted cities in the world.
Dear @malikusman1 you have very well explained all the pros and cons of our country.
Best wishes for you. Best of luck for your contest :)

Thank you my friend for you kind and precious input...

Salam @malikusman1
I have read your full post
You are absolutely right
Pakistan is a truly beautiful country with high mountains and miles of desert
It has a lush plain and a large part of an ocean and at the same time five rivers flow in this country. There is nothing in the world that is not in Pakistan.
Pakistan is one of the few countries where mountains, seas, deserts and plains are all there
Along with so many virtues, there are also some problems with this country
In which pollution is waste and some problems of the country. If we do our part together, it will be beneficial for the country.

Your post really provides a lot of information. I love reading this post. You have been working like this. My prayers are with you.
