Hey ya!
I have mentioned so many times earlier that to me steemit was introduced by @haidermehdi. And I am so grateful to him. Because of him, I came to know that I can write well :D
Almost 2 years back, once he told me that he has started writing and it will be paid. Like all other things, my first reaction was Oh Really! Are you ready for another scam? But he was so confident and continued his work with the same spirit.
Then after many months when we had another chance to talk about this, I still remember I was shocked when he told me the amount he has earned with his consistency and it was the time when I believed steemit to be real :p
But I was never convinced because maybe I was not confident then I can write :p Somehow he got succeded in persuading me to join steemit. And HERE I AM.
I am so in love with this community STEEMIT PAKISTAN This is another reason for continuing steemit. The people here are so loving and supportive. Every day, there are so many new enhancements and we are moving towards improvement with the effort of all the community members.

Scamming is so common that it's hard to believe something is real. When I tell someone about Steemit, the first response I get is that how much you have earned. Lol

Thank you for organizing this comment contest again. Now come towards you question. My friend @iqrarana786 introduce me to this platform. She was working on this platform and I was worried on those days to find any work or job for me. Then she told me that she is working on steemit from few days and she was earning as well.
So, she make my account and help me in posting on steemit as well. I was very confused in the start that how I can work on this site. Even I took 4 to 5 hours for posting a post. But with time and with guidance of my mentor @cryptokraze I learned every thing easily and earlier. Now I am improving myself day by day. I will try to learn new things and even teach things to my juniors.
I am thankful to @vvarishayy and @suboohi that they also help me. I teach a lot of things from them. Special thanks to you @event-horizon that you introduce me to steemwomenclub and you really helped me a lot. You are also guiding me whenever I done any mistake. I am glad that you have make expectations from me and I will try to fulfill them.

One day a friend of mine called me and told me about steemit that its an international earning platform through which you can fullfill your needs by writing a diary on daily basis and can participate in different contests and also can get knowlegde about different things and now I really appreciate her as am enjoing it. At the start it was difficult for me to write and now am extreemly grateful to my friend @janemorane for encouraging me and I improved alot and moving towards polishing my self and as the days are passing am getting more and more interest towards this plateform.

Now, back to the question that, how I found out about Steemit?
Well, you guys wouldn't believe me if I say that I found this platform by a complete coincidence. So, here goes the story, after eid-ul-azha, my college friend Faiz decided to have a bbq party in his house. I wasn't going at first, but then I agreed for two reasons, first, they kept insisting on coming and second, I just bought my new bike, I hadn't taken it to the road yet, I decided that it would be a perfect chance to check it out.
My brother who is into freelancing and this kinda stuff Bilal was talking to Zeeshan about what he is doing nowadays? Zeeshan told him that he is doing blogging and article writing on a platform called steemit and actually getting money from it. Now, check the coincidence, out of all the people there, he only asked Zeeshan that what he is doing nowadays lol. Bilal called me to join this conversation. Zeeshan told about some basic things about Steemit and how things work here. Since it was bbq, my mind was more on doing something fun instead of listening to it.
When I was at home the next day using insta, It just came into my mind about what Zeeshan was telling about an online platform. I called Bilal to invite Zeeshan to his house to know more about this platform. I went to Bilal's, played some Fifa 19 with these guys, and then Zeeshan told us about this platform extensively. That's when I decided to join this platform, and now, I am glad for all the coincidences that happened. It did not happen a long time ago, it was just about 15 days ago, I think we had bbq on 30th July. I'm sad that I didn't know about this platform earlier. Anyways, will try my best to be active and support the Pakistani community.

I came to know about this amazing community by my friend @mustafaasif . One day i saw him writing his daily dairy game then i asked him about this community. I am glad that he gave me such an amazing platform where i can earn so good amount of steem alhamdullilah. I want to thank him and also wanna thank @steemit-pak for giving us this amazing platform where everyone can earn just by following simple rules. Including that i found this amazing community where i can socialize and communicate with the people all over the world and can gain so much knowledge.

As you asked how do I know about steemit?
One day I was using youtube, it's true that I was thinking about some online work, but I was really unaware about online working, I search many time ago about some online applications there, there I saw some videos, the bloggers were talking about bitcoin, before it I was unaware about this, one day I was watching youtube, a vlog came before me, it was about steemit, I watch that and feel that I should do research on it, I open different videos, search on google, then I came to know that it is really an online earning website, I told my husband about this, he asks me to make an account and check it, when I successfully make an account, I learned many new things here, Alhamdulillah I'm lucky that I find a real web, and this is how I find you steemit,🥰😛 I think I find it with more effort because there was no one to tell me about it, teach me about it, I did all this by my own hard work.

I did a lot of online work but I got all the fakes. One day my brother's friend told my brother about steemit. When my brother came home he shared it with me but at first i ignored It turned out to be a fake, but after a while it occurred to me that I should check out this platform once, so when I visited it, I was convinced that it was a really great website. So I created my account and started my work.This is a really great platform for helping us and also we gain knowledge from here.
Steemit is indeed unique and diverse in terms of being a source of income and a platform for showcasing your skills.

How I Got to Know about Steemit?
In 2017-18, I was started investing in my crypto assets like BTC, ETH, and other tokens. I was also looking for ICOs and doing research about ICO projects. So, I started to invest in ICOs also.
But, let me tell you. Before I started participating in ICOs, I was participating in Airdrop of various crypto projects. ICOs projects have some rules to follow for Airdrop entries.
So, ICOs are asking me for bitcointalk.org comments, follow Twitter, retweet, Facebook shares, and all the things.
Many ICOs were asking us to go through their Steemit blogs to follow and reply. So, at that time first I know about the steemit when I was redirecting to their links for information about their projects.
Then I started to research on Steemit platform, its usage, its technology, and its ecosystem. And that time I first time realize that this is a real ecosystem where practically blockchain technology is being used by a social media platform.
The best part I know is that users are getting rewarded for their contribution on steemit.
So, I was very impressed by the Steemit when I got to know about it. That's all my journey to Steemit. It's started from Airdrop and till today I am actively using Steemit platform for the last 4 years.

How I got to know about Steemit
Hello @event-horizon. This is my entry to the ice breaker contest.
I learned about steemit from another steemian @rosita-nkefor who introduced me to Steemit in the last days of June. I was hesitant to learn about it because of the numerous scams that one has endured and suffered online.
It took me a while to actually join but the main reason I finally agreed was because of when she withdrew 3SBD which at that time was about 7000FCFA.
When I finally joined, I still wasn't an active member of Steem until after a week or 2 that I started actively engaging myself and posting.
It was now that I saw the beauty of Steemit😁.
I'm still just discovering this wonderful community filled with engaging contests and posts.
Right now, I'm glad I joined Steemit.🙂
