Every person is engaged in work from the first part of the day to the last part of the day to lead the life well. He spends the money he earns by working all day for the needs of the family. This routine goes on constantly. When people work, their body gets weak. Adequate nutrition and rest are essential to restore the body to its former state. A good sleep can restore a person's freshness. So every living thing needs sleep.

Every organ of man loses its necessary energy through action, which the only means of restoring it fully is sleep. Which is not possible by anything else. Many suffer from insomnia. They take medicine and sleep. Taking sleeping pills for sleep is harmful to the body. Many people take sleeping pills without knowing.

If you don't get enough sleep, the body does a lot of damage. Such as weight loss, dark spots under the eyes, headache, pimples on the face, pain in the hands and feet, loss of appetite, drowsiness, damage to health, irritability, not liking anything, etc. A good and sufficient amount of sleep is needed to get rid of these problems. A good sleep gives a good morning. We all read an English rhyme in our childhood,

Early to bed and Early to Rise,
Makes a man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.

Many of us think what will happen to sleep? Actually it is not correct, because our whole body is like an electric machine. For example, if an electronic machine runs continuously, the engine heats up and damages various parts of the machine. Similarly in the case of humans. Machines have to be shut down for some time after running for long periods of time, and people seem to shut down machines to rest. So we need to get enough rest to keep the body healthy.

Many people work all day and use mobile phones without resting at night. Playing pubg, free fire, chatting all night, talking, watching dramas, watching funny videos, watching movies, web series etc. Due to which they cannot reach office or workplace on time in the morning. As a result, when they go to work, they suffer from drowsiness and make mistakes. They cannot complete the work properly. This is especially true for drivers. They suffer from drowsiness and blurred vision while driving. Due to which the possibility of road accidents increases. Suppose again if a teacher suffers from sleepiness then he will never be able to teach the students properly. So I need a good sleep today to do tomorrow's work well.

Sleep gives people peace of mind, freedom from all worries, refreshes the mind and brain. As a result, we like to wake up and do any work. Interest in work increases. We can solve complex issues very easily. I can understand reading very easily. For this it can be said that adequate amount of sleep is required to lead the life well. So all activities that disturb sleep should be avoided.

All types of work should be avoided at night. Night sleep and daytime sleep are not the same. At night where you get 6-8 hours of sleep. Even sleeping there for 12 hours a day will not be equivalent to a night's sleep. You will suffer from drowsiness all day long. Sleep refreshes the mind and refreshes the body. So sleep very early at night and get up early in the morning.
