At first, To understand which is better between job or business, we must first know or understand, what is a job and what is a business? Let's find out.

Job:- A job is to work under someone else and get a fixed salary at the end of the month. It may be a job for you, but it is a business for someone else. That means the money you get working for someone else's business is a job for you. You work a certain time every day and get paid at the end of the month.

Business:- Business is to do some work by oneself and to create employment opportunities for others in one's own organization. That means to bear all the profits and losses of an organization alone. To decide everything by myself. There is no opportunity to be accountable to anyone. I am the owner of everything myself.

MY OPINION

One of the biggest decisions people face in their careers is whether to take a job or start their own business. Both options have their advantages and disadvantages. It ultimately depends on what is most important to you.

I always tell everyone and believe myself that business is better than job. Business offers many benefits that are not available in employment / job. According to me it is an independent profession. All the billionaires prioritize business and become billionaires by doing business.

Freedom:- The freedom you get in business is never possible to get a job. A job requires you to arrive at a certain time and leave at a certain time. But not so in business. It is completely different. You can visit the business premises at your convenience and there is no obligation.

Responsibility:- A businessman has a lot of responsibilities. How to take the business to a good position and achieve success in the business has to think a lot. It is completely different in the case of jobs. You will not be aware of your own responsibilities at work. Do not do more than what you are responsible for.

Aim:- You may not have goals at work because you work under others. You have to do what he gives you. But this is not the case in business. In business, goals are very big. In the case of business, how to increase the scope of the business is to rise higher.

Income:- In case of employment you will be paid a certain amount of money at a certain time which is your income but there is no fixed amount of income in business. As the scope of your business increases, so will your income.

If you have a strong desire to be your own boss and build something from scratch, starting a business may be the right choice for you. However, if you value stability and security, a job may be a better option.
