My favorite club is Real Madrid.
First thing I will do is hold a talk with coach about transfers and ask him what role and quality is he looking after and whether player is going to get chance or not. Its because players nowadays are expensive and coach should give chance to them so that they can prove themselves. Many players have potential to improve but are not getting chance and are benched in most of the games. Those huge price tags as well as talents go to waste resulting destroying the careers of player. This results difficult environment for players, audiences and coach.
Great answer @sumanthp, there can be great talents who can occupy various positions who are sometimes not utilized on the pitch at all. At times one can only imagine why they got signed in the first place.

First, let's start by telling you my favourite football club, Manchester United...
As a newly elected president of my favourite club, there are some principles which will be set aside in other to make my team a success..
My principles
(1). Check the coaching system.
As a president, the first thing to do is to know if the present manager has been doing a good job, if not, bring in another coach to handle your team. Why I said so is because when you have a good and capable coach, your team performances would improve. So, I will get a good coach first.
(2). Use the club's fund to run the club.
For this aspect, I will make sure I use the club's fund legitimately to standardize my club. Standardize such that I get new players that will boost the team's performance. If a club and spend money to get quality players, then the team's performances will increase.
(3). Pay all staff and players on time.
Lastly, The issue of payment is very very complicated issue in every system. When you pay your players and all your staff on time, it gives them the morale to put more effort in everything they're doing. So, being the newly elected president, my staff and players will be paid on time and will be well treated.
This is most important things to do as a newly elected president of a football club. Most duties will be undertaken by the coach and other managerial staff.

Bueno mi equipo favorito es el Real Madrid, con lo cual lo primero que haré será ver la cantera. Darle fuerza y valor a las reservas. Me gusta el hecho de tener grandes contrataciones, pero ¿De que sirve tener cantera si no la aprovecharemos? El único fichaje positivo que tenemos de la cantera actualmente es a Carvajal, claro está que lo recuperamos después de jugar en el exterior. ¿Hace cuanto que no vemos un juvenil ganarse el puesto de titular indiscutible y mantenerlo?
Por ello sin duda alguna lo que haría es recuperar los valores de la cantera y no verla solo como una manera de generar ingresos.

Those are good set of steps to kickstart the team @anthony2019. Your first step is quite essential, payment of staff on time should be a major priority for any coach as the team would only function properly with a hardworking group of staff. Good one 👌

My favorite football club is Manchester United, and if I get the opportunity to be elected as president of my favorite team, I would do so many things but the first thing I would do will be:
to call a general meeting which will include all the executives and players of the team, so as to know where the previous president made mistakes and I will try to make the corrections.
Great plan, even presidents also make mistakes. Knowing them will help you make strategic decisions moving forward. Good one🙌
My favourite football club is Barcelona.
What is the first thing i will do when i become the president of the club:-
First thing i will do is bring the old values back to the club. Barcelona is a club who is known for its academy players (La Masia), Instead of spending huge amount of money on buying expensive players from another team i will invest and develop the academy players (La Masia).
Nice concept. Signing players from the academy is a strong initiative that would save Barcelona millions. Good one 👌

¿Qué es lo primero que haré cuando sea presidente del club?
los primero que haria es formar una plantilla de estrellas galácticas como ocurrió en el año 2000 en adelante ,invertiría el dinero necesario para tener un club prácticamente invencible, ademas con un equipo de alto recurso no es necesario mirar a la cantera ,aunque un equipo con tantas estrellas no te garantice un titulo ,pero existe un alto porcentaje de conseguir varias copas y ligas, como gerente traería a Neymar jr, porque le da muchas magia al equipo y desequilibra al contrario , la idea de tener a un jugador brasileño me llega a la mente de Ronaldo nazario ,quien logro mucho éxito con este equipo , el Madrid necesita tener un poco de identidad de lo que era antes ,un equipo repleto de estrellas .

First thing I would do if I'm elected as president is to check records of awards given to footballers that didn't deserve it and let everyone know they didn't deserve it if at all we can't take it back cos some past presidents has made the mistake so far

My favorite football club is Manutd.
First thing i will do is make sure i stop the coach from signing players rather the club should be doing that. Also make sure there is a long-term strategy plans, cos since Ferguson left the club, there haven't been a long-term strategy in the club.
