SEC - S15W3 | Challenges, Solutions and World Waste Problems
Throwing rubbish carelessly needs to be addressed by giving punishment to people who do this and by giving them awareness and my personal experience is that whenever I go to park in early morning for walk and whenever I walk at a side of road then my feelings are that to see rubbish that I feel it very disgusting and disappointed because it is not all about throwing rubbish ,it is also about destroying the beauty of the Earth and disrespecting the environment and community in which we are living.
If we are living in this environment then we should make the environment more and more beautiful as we live in our home and we try to decorate our home not with try to spoil or destroy the beauty of our home so in the same way Earth is just like our home at which we visit different areas so we should take care of each and every area and if someone is doing this then we should prohibit that person and everyone should take responsibility of keeping their surroundings clean protective and much beautiful day by day and there could be punishment for those who are not refraining their self from such kind of activities even after warning them.
I think every person should give punishment according to the extent of offense which he is doing so I am explaining it in this below table that at which kind of offense which punishment should be given to a particular person.

Now I want to make one thing clear that above punishments that I have explained according to the extent of throwing litter would not give any kind of benefit to any party or any specific person and it is just for the discouragement of a person who is doing this and when a person have fear that his money which he is earning with a lot of hard work could be charged in the form of fine just by throwing litre then every one in this fear would try to stay way from such kind of activity.
In my area where I live and in my country there are different measures that are taken for increasing income by the use of waste and we can utilise waste in different ways for way making money that I am going to share in different points below.
Recycling
Waste materials that are normally available in our homes are papers plastic bottles and glasses mirrors residues and all these can be recycled in the recycling centres so if in our home we can make something new from it and we can recycle in best way then we should do it otherwise we should sell them to the recycling centres because they are definitely very expert in making any new product from these waste materials so it generates income as well as it also reduce the demand of new materials for making new products so in this way economy also boost up.
Composting
Composting is one of the most important mayor that should be taken and mostly organic waste are used in it like whenever we eat something suppose any fruit or any vegetable like normally with throw the covering of banana and we throw seeds of different fruits and leaves of different vegetables like radish so we can help in composting of these organic things and in this way soil would become nutrient rich and it can be used for agriculture and for gardening and farming purpose in best way because it would give a best outcome if planting would occur at that kind of land.
Energy generation
There are different waste products available which are used for the generation of energy in the form of electricity especially like if I talk about biomass and land field gases then renewable energy sources we can generate very easily and then power companies would purchase these renewable energy very happily so it would also boost the economy because you create these renewable energy sources from the waste materials.
Upcycling
Upcycling is very suitable way of making economy strong because by the implementation of it we can convert waste products into the new and usable products and especially the individuals that are very creative and interested in art can easily convert waste things into those which can be used again for some purpose like if there is an empty box and it is ruined and suppose it is of plastic then you can repair it by covering it with the colourful charts and by decorating it with different stars and then you can colour it with glitters and colours and then it could again be used for placing your different items like toothbrush or pencils etc.
In other homes there are different products available made up of different things like polyester, plastic ,glass, different bags made up of different materials parashoot, unnecessary beauty products that are expired and their coverings that can be recycled as well as unnecessary jewellery boxes and some kitchen utilities that become out of order so there are many products that we don't use in home and ultimately with throw them outside.
Throwing those household materials which are not in your use is not a sensible thing because you should explore that which thing could be recycled reused and then you should think creative ideas to use household materials rather than throwing them and there are many ways for the management of household waste in a proper way and minimizing its impact on the environment if you considered that there are some products that cannot be recycled so here I am giving them some strategies by following which you can manage your waste in a proper way without affecting environment negatively.

There is no doubt that after the accumulation of a lot of amount of waste our neighbours would not feel uncomfortable so definitely they would affect in negative way but there are some points that we can keep in mind that in which way it would happen.
Environmental pollution
When disposal of waste would be in illegal and improper way than definitely it would pollute the environment and everything that are related to environment like its harmful smell would pollute the air and there residues when mixed with water and soil then they would also become harmful for them so in this way it would affect well being of people living in surroundings.
Unpleasant odour
After the illegal disposal of waste materials when it would remain accumulated at a particular place for a long time then within some hours and pleasant smell would start to arise from that files of waste material and it would be a source and cause to attract different insects and mosquitoes as well as flies and living in this environment would be very uncomfortable.
Aesthetic degradation
If I talk about our vision then we will presentation of the piles of waste also look very disgusting and especially when they mean like piles for a long period of time then they destroy the comfort and beauty of environment.
Health hazardous
How much waste materials are bad for health we all know that when different insects attract towards waste materials then they also attract many bad viruses and bacterias and other pathogens that may enter into the body and can effect any part of body and infections through bacteria or viruses also spread into the neighbouring countries in this way.
Economic impact
Economically piles of waste can also affect any country in negative way because when there would be destruction in the beauty of the environment and surrounding areas then definitely it would lead to less attraction of tourist of other countries or other areas towards a particular area and in this way economy would go down.
There is a need to give priority to waste management for avoiding any kind of uncomfort for us as well as for our neighbouring countries also and it is better for overall environment and overall being of others.

This issue truly needs to be addressed immensely because the state of our environment feels sad when everywhere is fully littered. In my neighborhood people snick out at night or early morning to dump these trash along the bush path making everywhere look dirty and smelly.

Yes friend we cannot give anything else than fine as a punishment to those who are not throwing litter at proper area and who are throwing litter in illegal manner and agree with you also that fine that should be charged so depend the severity of act that people are doing.
Yes I would not be happy for my country just and I want to see that all countries should take important and significant measures for the betterment and management of the waste products and I think new products that are going to create should be created by keeping in mind that they can be used or recycled or not.
