On the way to have breakfast adventure at Dhanmondi 27
Imagine that my worst morning companion, the alarm clock, woke me up at 6:30 AM instead of my usual 8:30 AM. In many ways, it woke us up! My naughty self plays the wake-up fairy to my snoring hubby. After a bit of nudging and a fair share of laughter, success! He's up, and I've managed to convince him that a breakfast adventure is in order.

Breakfast at Mughal Kebab House
Enter the quest for the perfect breakfast spot. Thanks to Facebook, we discover the gem that is "Mughal Kebab House" in the heart of Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka. A brisk 15 to 20-minute rickshaw ride later, and we're in breakfast paradise, embracing the chilly morning fog with open arms. Oh, did I mention we brought our three-year-old along? Yep, she was skeptical at first, but the rickshaw ride turned into a highlight of her day.

We roll up to "Mughal Kebab House" at 8:45 AM and dive into a feast fit for royalty – chicken soup, special paratha, tundul roti, the works. The food is a symphony of flavors, and the weather plays the perfect background melody. Breakfast bliss achieved.

Yummy lunch of that day made by my Mother-in -law
Back home, we surrender to the irresistible allure of a mid-morning nap because, well, who can resist the siren call of a cozy bed, right? Lunch is a delicious affair, courtesy of my talented mother-in-law – pulao and chicken. Fridays in Bangladesh are always special, buzzing with activities due to the double delight of being a holiday and Jumma day for our Muslim friends.

Ready for the get together party arranged by my husband's colleagues.
Fast forward to the evening, and we find ourselves at a restaurant, bidding adieu to my husband's colleagues. Our daughter forms an instant camaraderie with other kids, and they create their own little world of joy. Homecoming involves a quick freshen up, capping off an eventful day with a contented sigh.

Reflecting on these moments, I'm reminded that life's true magic lies in embracing the unexpected. Whether it's a foggy rickshaw ride, a surprise breakfast adventure, or bidding farewell to friends, each experience weaves a unique thread into the vibrant tapestry of our lives.
