Why Calling Is Better Than Texting

Hello amazing steemians good to have you all here today as I welcome 🤗 you all to another exciting debate contest organize here in the steem fashion&style community by @sahmie with the theme "Between Texting or Calling, which do you prefer?"
I really like the idea behind this debate since it really centers around our daily life and the above two mentioned which is texting and calling has really become a part of us which we can't seem to survive without all thanks to the advancement in technology
And earlier today in my shop I'd ask some of my customers to choose between texting and calling which they prefer the most, and to my greatest surprise some of their answers really shocked me as most people were really interested in texting as the taught that calling to them is only preferable in the case of emergency or something serious.
TEXTING vs CALLING
Though most people prefer texting to calling saying that it is quiet and it won't seems like you are bothering the person while most people prefer calling because it is way more easier to express yourself, but what ever their reasons are today I will be sharing my own personal point of view so let's proceed.
Between texting and calling I think I would prefer calling for some reasons which I will explain below
Texting generally is way more cheaper yes we get it but it doesn't give room for a person to really explain his or her self, idea, point of view etc to be clearer or in the best understanding of the receiver
Meanwhile in the process of calling, yes it is a bit more expensive than texting when it comes to the charges, but there's much room for self expression which that alone gives you a sense of satisfaction and calmness after passing the message along through voice call
On the other hand texting seems boring as it only gives a single signal to the reciever who may easily miss the message most especially if he or she was a little bit away from their phones
Meanwhile in the case of calling it will sound a ringing tune in a continuous stat of the call being sent until it is received so as to be able to communicate easily and with ease with friends, families, business associate etc.
Another reason why I'd prefer calling to texting is that in texting they is a 80% chance of confusion as most people can easily misinterprete a message which on the other hand comes with lots of confusion and misinformation
That is why most social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp etc, which were mainly for chatting has adopted a voice message type which you can just send a record of what you have to say through voice input to others, and also some of this platform has also made provision for calls in a sense that users can easily call their friends in other to communicate even better.
So with that alone that which was a social media platform mainly for chatting and texting has adopted a voice input texting method and some made provision for calls, that alone tells you that calling is were more better than texting because the message sent is much clearer, understandable, simple and more affectionate in a way that by just listening to a persons voice while calling you can easily tell from their tone how the feel and how they want you to feel
Which is definitely not possible in texting as in texting in terms of a romantic chat the reader places his or her feelings base on assumptions thinking and trying to convince themselves that (this is what he means, I think he/she likes me, ohhh I think I'm in love) all of it comes from assumptions as we aren't really sure of the other person's feelings, point of view, idea etc.
Conclusion
So for some of this reasons I stand here to boldly conclude that as long as communication is concerned calling is way more better than texting, this will be the end of my entry thanks and remain bless.

Yes, it often happens that people get confused after reading tax. Sometimes we could not explain our point in tax, which we can explain in calling. When we are talking to the person in front, he realizes what we are saying. In which language are you speaking then it is better to call. You have made the right choice.

Calling is great for having real-time conversations and hearing the tone of someone's voice, it feels more personal and immediate. Hence, it is a good way to communicate our feelings more mutually and on a personal note. All the best
