Hello steemians good to have you all here today visiting my blog it's indeed a great honour, today I will be taking part in an amazing debate contest organize by @sahmie here in the steem fashion&style community

Due to the many beautiful cars that we have in our today's world most people would prefer buying a car first before even thinking of having a house, why on the other hand most people may prefer buying or building a house first before even thinking of buying a car.

This amazing idea which is being introduced to us here as a contest which I will be sharing with you all amongst the two which I would prefer to buy first if given the opportunity

House Vs Car Which Is Better

---

Having a car is nice and satisfying as you won't bother yourself in making use of public transport as you can go were ever you wish to go with ease at the same time spending less as compared to paying a public transport system.

Also having a car is always very satisfying as it makes you stand out amongst peers especially when you car is a luxury type of car such as Benz vehicles.

But non of it can be compared to owning a house that is why to me personally owning a house first is far more better than owning a car why? you may ask but I will explain.

If you are a Nigerian you will understand what landlord WAHALA feels like and how embarrassing it is to be insulted over nothing simply because you are a tenant in someone's house

---

Yes having a car is sweet and satisfying especially when you are cruising in your Benz, but how embarrassing would it be to have a Benz and park it Infront of someone else house instead of your own

---

So that is why I said that having a house first is far more better than having a car because you won't be living in your car also when you have your own house you will be psychologically free to do what ever you want without the fear of landlord and their complain

Also a car can easily get spoiled or ruin by accident or what so ever meanwhile a house is an everlasting structure which your entire generation can benefit from, that is why to me cars are liabilities while houses are assets that can even serve as an inheritance from one generation to another

I'm sure that with some of the above mentioned facts that I have been able to prove to you all that buying a house first is far more better than buying a car
