While waiting for the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 9, I entered the SFS Contest | Share your review of steemit engagement challenge season 8 created by Steem Fashion & Style. I invite @ninaa04 @isha46 and @yuliadi.

I'm interested in trying to give a little review about the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 which has ended. For me interested in this challenge. Because that way it will open opportunities for steemians to create good content. Everyone is competing to provide the best content.

In terms of quality, it really depends on the ability of the author himself to express the theme of the competition through writing. It depends on his creativity in encapsulating all the ideas he has. Going forward, what needs to change is curation. So that all participants feel valued according to their abilities. Why? That way, the steemians feel that by participating in all the contests they can develop in this steemit in order to protect the STEEM ecosystem.

Do you think the goal of the interaction challenge has been fulfilled as the interaction between users increases?

I see the purpose of the engagement challenge has been fulfilled, such as increasing engagement between users. Because the interactions that occur are very effective in making all the steemians greet each other/communicate in their posts. I think this is quite positive, the forum is becoming more lively and sharing stories of challenges written by individual users.

What is your favorite community from the season 8 steemit engagement challenge and why?

I can't choose which is my favorite or not. For me all the challenges that I participate in are interesting. Not looking at the level of difficulty in fulfilling the competition material. Because there are contests that spur users to write or create content.

Are you having trouble with the season 8 engagement challenge? Or find it difficult to post some contest topics?

There were no significant obstacles in this 8th challenge, especially regarding the topic of the posting contest. I see that all can be understood by the user without difficulty explaining it.

But what I noted, so far not all contest participants have received curation. Not only in one or two communities but in other communities as well. Even though curation really helps steemian to develop. So my suggestion is if a contestant is curated from SC01 or SC02, he/she should see a few things:

If the content is considered good and of good quality, the percentage of curation can be increased as has been done so far.
Has anyone made a payment to @null or to another social account, if any, means curation can be adjusted to a normal percentage.
So far, curation seems to be more dominant given to community moderators or the same level. In fact, sometimes the same person enters several contests, also getting the same curation.
Even if there are participants who are not entitled to be curated, it needs to be explained, where are the weaknesses? Doing plagiarism, is not in accordance with the provisions that have been set. Or is there something else the user doesn't know about?

Do you think the selection of each community winner complies with the rules or not?

For me, the selection of winners really depends on the admin or moderator. Assessment is carried out in accordance with the specified requirements. Including art in making the post display as attractive as possible. The suitability of the topic is also important so that full authority rests with the contest organizer.

It's just that, participants are expected to get curation by participating in the contest. Curation is adjusted to strength. That way will make all contest participants excited. Because curation is not empty. That way, all steemians can equally develop in maintaining the STEEM ecosystem.
