Noodle cakes

Hi my friends, how are you? In my post this time I want to show an activity my students did some time ago, namely making cakes made from instant noodles. This cake is famous for its delicious taste because it is made from boiled instant noodles and then sprinkled with coconut milk
seasoning and then put it in the refrigerator. The noodles are then cut into pieces according to taste and then fried in hot oil.

Before frying these noodle cakes should be sprinkled with crunchy flour and then fried over medium heat.

After a while these noodle cakes will be cooked and after that they are very delicious to eat in the afternoon.

To add to the enjoyment of this noodle cake, this food should be eaten while dipping it in a delicious chili sauce or tomato sauce.
