In Pakistan there are alot of businesses among them there are some businesses that are successful and one local business is Dahi Bala. It is a business of food and it is very profitable. But as you know local businesses are very cheap so there are no chairs, or tables for sitting.

If we want a plate of Dahi Bala we can eat it by standing or we can sit on the footpath. It's funny but in reality. That does not mean that everywhere that happens. It happens in some places and in some cheaper businesses. If we eat that Dahi Bala from a restaurant then the food will be the same but the money would not be the same. In the restaurant, they have bills, rent, and salary for the waiters but in the local business, there is no rent, no bill, and no waiters. That is why it is easy money to buy from local.
As you can see in the image this is a small stole but very very profitable. I want to tell you the fact, that this business owner made his own house in Peshawar, Pakistan through this small business idea. Sometimes I also ate a plate of this Dahi Balay which costs me 100 Pkr which is not too much. As you can imagine if he makes his own house through this business then just think how profitable this is. We shall support that because every person can't afford the prices of restaurants and eat from the local. It's not bad because God has given money to some and not to some. That does not mean that if a person has money then he should give some of the money to the needy. The taste of this Dahi Balay is very delicious because of that he makes alot of customers among them I am also a customer of his. There are alot of more local businesses like selling cooked beef or chicken, or local business beans, etc.

There are alot of ingredients used like boiled potatoes, cucumber, spices, chutneys, crispy things etc.
