Sebagaimana uraian singkat tentang kontes minggu pertama yang menjelaskan bahwa Steemit sebagai platform sosial berbasis blockchain, digunakan oleh pengguna dari berbagai negara dengan budaya dan bahasa yang berbeda. Steemit buka sekedar media sosial biasa yang hanya berbagi konten saja, satu hal yang menarik tercipta dari komunitas Steemit. Terdapat hal besar yang dibuat untuk menjadi penghubung antara banyak pengguna, penghubung tersebut adalah Perwakilan Steem.
The brief description of the first-week contest explains that Steemit as a blockchain-based social platform is used by users from different countries with different cultures and languages. Steemit is not just an ordinary social media that only share content, one interesting thing is created by the Steemit community. There is a big thing that is made to be a link between many users, the link is a Steem Representative.
Sebagai Perwakilan Steem tentu terdapat harapan besar atas tujuan kelompok ini di bentuk, selain sebagai penghubung Perwakilan Steem mungkin juga berperan dalam memajukan ekosistem Steem yang jauh lebih baik di masa yang akan datang. Langkah terdekat Perwakilan Steem tentu menjadi pintu gerbang bagi pengguna baru dan lama agar terus dapat bersinergi atau bekerja bersama-sama dengan banyak pengguna di seluruh dunia.
As a Steem Representative, there is certainly great hope for the goals of this group in the form, in addition to being a liaison for Steem Representatives, it may also play a role in advancing the Steem ecosystem which is much better in the future. The Steem Representative's immediate move is certainly a gateway for new and existing users to continue to be able to synergize or work together with many users around the world.

Because I belong to a team in the Hot News Community and have almost the same professional scope, I interact and meet quite often at certain times. Hal ini menjadi cara efektif untuk merangsang semangat pengguna lain dalam membuat dan publikasi konten secara Kreatif, tanpa harus terbentur dengan kebijakan serta memberikan dukungan kepada banyak pengguna.
As the purpose of Steem Representatives in the form, there must be hope that many users may want, besides being able to continue to share knowledge with us as users. Steem Representatives are expected to provide the best effect for the growth of the ecosystem, even if they only conduct meeting initiatives for many users. This is an effective way to stimulate the enthusiasm of other users in creating and publishing content creatively, without having to clash with policies and provide support to many users.
Harapan terakhir tentunya datang dari Tim Steemit sendiri, tugas menjadi perwakilan Steem terlihat gampang namun memiliki tanggung jawab secara pribadi. Dukungan kepada mereka yang telah di pilih menjadi hal penting yang saling menguntungkan, kekuatan suara serta semangat mereka untuk terus memajukan platform harus di akomodasi lebih agar terdapat sedikit perbedaan yang dapat terus menumbuhkan semangat mereka dalam mempromosikan Steem jauh lebih luas.
The last hope of course comes from the Steemit team itself, the task of being a Steem representative looks easy but has a personal responsibility. Support for those who have been chosen to be important and mutually beneficial, the strength of their voice, and enthusiasm to continue to advance the platform should be more accommodation so that there is a slight difference that can continue to grow their enthusiasm in promoting Steem much wider.

Yes, I saw that out of 20 steem representatives, 4 Indonesians were selected which is really a pride for Indonesians. And I also know that all 4 of them are very responsible and skilled in their work.
