Dear friends,
Welcome back to my page. I hope you all are doing great. Today I preferred this subject of my writing because I grew up with the above lesson;
and that is equivalency.
My parents never grew up showing the difference between genders;
they only taught us a lesson 'We all are human.'
We may grow up with various physical abilities, but our mental abilities depend on the background we belong to.
Because our home is our foremost institution;
and we learn basic manners(respect, thought process, looking towards everything, etc.) from our home.
I wouldn't say everywhere, but in most of the places I have witnessed while working in the different NGOs;
gender discrimination often I glimpsed.
Where parents always teach their daughters cooking and house errands at an early age when they honestly ought to concentrate on study.
Whereas sons are contacting the best piece of food and cloth;
parents are always ready to fulfill their demands.

Not only that, parents believe that boy child carried away generation;
and daughter goes to the in-law's house after marriage. So they need to learn only house errands!
In my childhood, my mother always used to say to only concentrate on my studies because time would teach me other things.
We always talk about advanced technologies, developed science, and so on;
but while roaming various places, I understand preferably;
we need to work to extend our thought process.
The Almighty create us with some different physical abilities;
but we divided ourselves mentally through some thought processes.
Now, these kinds of differentiation are called mental abuse by parents.
Law has been instituted and enforced on any sort of vitriol.
There are several incidents I listened to and;
sometimes encountered challenges during my working days.

Mental abuse can come from home, school, and anywhere.
If we want to release ourselves from those unhealthy atmospheres;
We must educate ourselves about Self-esteem as the earliest step to conquest; everyone should shield it by standing on their self-talons.
Every person ought to gather qualifications as much as possible;
and parents should encourage and regale all genders equally.
Those are a few things I shared today;

দিদি আজকে দেখলাম আপনি খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটা বিষয় আমাদের সাথে তুলে ধরেছেন। আপনি কখনোই লিঙ্গের বিষয়ে কোনরকম পার্থক্য দেখিয়ে বড় হননি।
আপনার বাবা-মা সব সময় আপনাকে একটা কথা শিখিয়েছে। আমরা মানুষ আসলেই ঠিক। আমরা মানুষ, আমরা যদি লিঙ্গের পার্থক্য করতে গিয়ে কাউকে ছোট মনে করে অপমান করি। এটা আমাদের সবচাইতে বড় ভুল। আমাদের সবচাইতে বড় পরিচয় হচ্ছে আমরা মানুষ।
আপনি এই যে বললেন না, মেয়েদেরকে অল্প বয়সেই রান্না বান্নার কাজ শেখানো হয়। এই জিনিসটা বেশিরভাগ হয় আমাদের বাংলাদেশে। আমরা যখনই একটু বড় হই। তখনই আমাদেরকে বলা হয়। পরের বাড়িতে যেতে হবে, রান্নাবান্না শিখতে হবে।
পড়াশোনা করার জন্য তেমন একটা সুযোগ দেয়া হয় না।
ছোটবেলায় আপনার মা আপনাকে একটা কথা বলেছিল। সবসময় গবেষণা করার জন্য, আসলে আমরা যখন কোন বিষয় নিয়ে, একবার গবেষণা করি। তখন কিন্তু সেখান থেকে, আমরা অনেক কিছু জানতে পারি। আপনার মাকে আমি স্যালুট জানাতে চাই।
একদমই ঠিক বলেছেন, সন্তানের সামনে কখনো বাজে কথা বলতে নেই। এতে করে তারাও আমাদের এই কথাগুলো অনুসরণ করে।
আমি সর্বদাই চেষ্টা করি। আমার সন্তানদেরকে শেখাতে, যেন তারা মানুষদেরকে ভালবাসতে জানে। মানুষের সাথে সব সময় ভালো ব্যবহার করে।
