Greetings friends,
Today, I am here among you with the updates on the community of February 2023.
Before discussing the details;
want to frame my gratitude to all the moderators and members for their phenomenal job.
One beautiful quote said by great businessman Ratan Tata:-
But if you want to walk far, walk together.
I believe our members of the community will love to walk far.
Like other months, this month I am also cruising to ascertain the precise works of our community Incredible India community

We submitted four weekly curation reports.
Each Moderator had submitted their weekly reports.
- like other months this month, we also helped various newbies to pass their achievements1 task;
and our moderators also verified them in discord through video verification.
- Our moderators verified all the posts shared inside the community within 24 hrs.
Rewarded funny contest winners by @mayedul;
and @piya3 rewarded the best performers of the week.Together, we successfully conclude the engagement challenge.
The level 1 tutorial also concluded last month.

- Through hangout, we get together to prefer entertainment besides work. Through this hangout, we get a chance to comprehend;
the strong side of each member.
Our moderator @mayedul persists in operating a funny comment contest.
@piya3 also presents rewards to the most engaged users of the month.

Level 1 examination conducted, and members are abiding part in it.
The booming report constantly proffers every week.
We update users with steemit rules through the tutorial and request members to follow them. Whether it is about plagiarism-free posts, maintaining a club, steemexclusive content, copyright-free picture sources, and bot-free service.
Moderators always keep themselves active in discord to decipher the problems of newbies.
Besides helping them, we discuss with newbies to have patience and continue their journey.
Every month, we endeavor to execute some new activity so that users can enthrall themselves besides conveying their content.
That was all about the updates of February. Next month I will come to share the new updates;

সত্যিই ম্যাম, দূরবর্তী কোনো পথ চলতে সহযোগীর কোনো বিকল্প নেই।একা একা হয়তো কিছুটদ পথ তাড়াতাড়ি করে দৌড়ে পার করানো সম্ভব। কিন্তু দূরের পথের জার্নি কখনো একাকি সম্ভব নয়।
আমরা যারা স্টিমিট প্লাটফর্ম এ কাজ করতে এসেছি, তারা কিন্তু অনেক দূরে যাবার প্রত্যাশা নিয়েই দৈনিক নতুন উদ্দোমে কাজ করে যাচ্চি।আর এই কাজ কখনো একা করে এগুনো যাবল না।এর জন্য একটা কমিউনিটি দরকার দরকার, একটি ভালো মানসম্মত পরিবার দরকার। আর এই পরিবারের ক্ষেত্রে আমি মনে করি incredibleindia নামক পরিবারটি একটি আদর্শ।
নতুন স্টিমিয়ানদের সারপ্রািজ ভিডিও ভেরিফিকেশনের আওতায় আনার মাধ্যমে তাদের সত্যতা যাচাই করাটা সত্যিই আমার কাছে দারুণ একটা পদক্ষেপ বলে মনে হয়, যেটি কিনা অনেক পুরনো কমিউনিটিতেও একটি বিরল ও ভাবের অতীত বিষয়।
সাপ্তাহিক টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাসের উদ্যোগটাও বেশ দারুণ লেগেছে আমার কাছে।এর মাধ্যমে আমরা যারা নতুন, স্টিমিট সম্পর্কে একদমই অবজ্ঞ, তারা অনেক অজানা জিনিস এখান থেকে শিখতে পারছি।পাশাপাশি টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাসে শেখা বিষয়বস্তুর ওপরে পরিক্ষা দেবার একটা সুযোগ থাকার কারণে আমরা সবাই নিজেদেরকে বেশ ভালোভাবে যাচাই করতে পারছি,বের করতে পারছি আমাদের কোন বিষয়ের কোন জায়গাতে দূর্বলতা রয়েছে।
সাপ্তাহিক হ্যাংআউটের বিষয়টাও বেশ দারুণ।যেকোনো কাজেই ক্লান্তি আছে।আর এই ক্লান্তি দুর করার সবচেয়ে কার্যকরী পন্থা হলো বিনোদন।তাই স্টিমিট প্লাটফর্ম এ পুরো সপ্তাহব্যাপী কাজ করার মাধ্যমে আমাদের যে ক্লান্তি তৈরি হয়, সেটাকে দূর করতে হ্যাংআউট বেশ দারুণ ভূমিকা রাখে।
হ্যাংআউটে যে শুধু বিনোদনই হয় তা নয়।আমরা একে অপরের খোজ-খবর নিতে পারি,নিজেদের কিচু ছোটখাটো সমস্যাও সেখানে বিনোদনের ফাকে সমাধান করে ফেলতে পারি।
এতো সুযোগ - সুবিধা দেবার জন্য আপনাকে অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি আর আবারো ধন্যবাদ জানাচ্ছি এতো সুন্দর একটা কমিউনিটি আপডেট আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য।

আমি কমিউনিটির সাথে থেকে, কমিউনিটির হাত ধরে। আপনার কাছ থেকে অনেক কিছু শিখে। অনেক দূর এগিয়ে যেতে চাই সবাইকে নিয়ে।
আপনারা আমাদেরকে যে উত্তরটা দেন, সে উত্তরটা থেকে আমরা আসলে কি বুঝলাম। সে বিষয় নিয়ে আমাদের পরীক্ষা দেয়া উচিত। আপনাদেরকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ,এত সুন্দর একটা পরীক্ষার আয়োজন করার জন্য।

Great to see the Community Update Report for February.This report brings forward our full month's work details. Our community is progressing really well. It is only possible with your right guidance.
We can proceed with hangout and tutorial classes as per your proper guidance. They are very important for the progress of the community. All of us walking shoulder to shoulder will go far inshallah.
একা একা হেঁটে হয়তোবা অনেক দূরে যাওয়া যাবে কিন্তু সেই হাঁটার মধ্যে নিজের মনটা অনেক কষ্টে থাকবে কিন্তু সবাই যদি একসাথে হেটে যায় তাহলে ধীরে ধীরে অনেক পথ গেলেও কিছুই বুঝা যায় না যে কতটা পথ আমরা এগোতে পেরেছি কষ্ট কি জিনিস সেটাও বুঝা যায় না।
তেমন এই প্লাটফর্মে আমি আমার নিজের ব্যক্তিগতভাবে বলছি আপনাদের মাধ্যমে কতটুকু এগোতে পেরেছি তা সঠিক জানা নেই কিন্তু সবাই একসাথে কাজ করার মজাটাই আলাদা পাশাপাশি আপনি সাপ্তাহিক ক্লাসের একটি আয়োজন করেছেন আমার কাছে অনেক ভালো লেগেছে।
এবং সপ্তাহের একদিন আমাদের আনন্দ দেয়ার জন্য একটি আয়োজন করেছেন সেটিও খুবই আমার কাছে ভালো লেগেছে।
যেকোনো একটি সংসারে একটি গার্জিয়ানের প্রয়োজন হয় আমি মনে করি আমাদের এই সংসারের গার্জিয়ান আপনি আপনার মতো করে চলা আমাদের উচিত এবং আপনি আমাদের পাশে আছেন এবং থাকবেন এই কামনা করি।
সম্পূর্ণ মাসের আপডেট আপনি শেয়ার করেছেন এজন্য ধন্যবাদ। মডারেটর বৃন্দ তাদের দায়িত্ব খুবই নিষ্ঠার সাথে পালন করে থাকে। এমনকি ভিডিও ভেরিফিকেশন করে নিশ্চিত হয়। সেই নতুন ইউজারদেরকে সঠিক গাইডলাইন দেওয়ার জন্য সার্বক্ষণিক সহযোগিতা করে থাকেন।
আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে প্রতিনিয়ত সুন্দর সুন্দর কনটেস্টের আয়োজন করা হয় এটা খুবই ভালো লাগে। প্রত্যেক ইউজার তারা প্রতিনিয়ত ডিসকর্ড অন্তর্ভুক্ত এবং আনন্দ উল্লাস এবং তথ্য আদান-প্রদান সমস্ত কিছুই হয়ে থাকে।
