Greetings friends,
Today, I am here among you with the updates on the community of April 2023.
Before moving to the details;
want to frame my gratitude to all the moderators and all members for their phenomenal job.
One beautiful quote said by great businessman Ratan Tata:-
If you want to walk fast, walk alone.
But if you want to walk far, walk together.
I believe our members of the community will love to walk far.
In April, several newbies and tenure steemians from different countries shared their content inside the community, which shows their trust in us.
Like other months, this month I am also cruising to ascertain the precise works of our community Incredible India community

- We organized two monthly contests:-

- We submitted four weekly curation reports.
- We submitted four weekly booming reports.
- We submitted weekly hungry griffin's curation reports.
- Each Moderator had submitted their weekly reports.
- Like other months this month, in April our moderators also verified them in Discord through video verification.
- Our moderators verified all the posts shared inside the community within 24 hrs.
- Our moderators passed comment contest reward(#miwcc)each week for three top-engaged users.

We are running a carnival contest inside the community link.
The contest will be sponsored by myself, prize pool-60 steem.Each week @sampabiswas shares the engagement report, which makes every member understand their performance.
Besides that, we are still running hangout and tutorial classes.
Our verification format has been modified;
and now all content is going through the GPT test.

We update users with steemit rules through the tutorial and request members to follow them. Whether it is about plagiarism-free posts, maintaining a club, steemexclusive content, copyright-free picture sources, and bot-free service and now about GPT.
Moderators and discord in charge always keep themselves active in Discord to decipher the problems of newbies.
Besides helping them, we discuss with newbies to have patience and continue their journey.
Every month, we endeavor to execute some new activity so that users can enthrall themselves besides conveying their content.

অসাধারণ একটি প্রতিবেদন আমাদের মাঝে তুলে ধরেছেন সম্পূর্ণ মাসের কার্যক্রম। প্রথমেই যে উদ্ধৃতিটি দিয়েছেন তা আসলেই বাস্তবসম্মত।
যেহেতু সকলেই ইস্টিমিয়ান তাই স্টিম উপহার দিয়েছেন খুবই ভালো একটি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করেছেন, প্রশংসনীয়। প্রত্যেকের নাম এখানে লিপিবদ্ধ রয়েছে যার মাধ্যমে পুরস্কার করা হয়েছে।
আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে বড় বড় কনটেস্ট এর আয়োজন হয়ে থাকে যা অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা বহন করে এবং শিক্ষনীয়। যেমনটি ভাবে এখন একটি কনটেস্টের আয়োজন চলছে স্টিমকে গ্রো করার লক্ষ্যে এই কনটেস্ট পরিচালনা করেছেন আমাদের এডমিন মহোদয় স্বয়ং আপনি। অত্যান্ত ভালো একটি উদ্যোগ এবং এর মাধ্যমে একজন স্টিমিয়াম হিসেবে নিজেকে প্রতিফলিত করা যায় এবং বিশ্বস্ততা অর্জন।
কমিউনিটিতে সাপ্তাহিক যে কার্যক্রম গুলো চলে তা রিপোর্ট আকারে পাবলিস্ট করা হয় যা সকলের কাছেই উন্মোচন। আমাদের সাপ্তাহিক টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাস এবং হ্যাংআউটে বিশেষ আনন্দময় মুহূর্ত তথ্য আদান-প্রদান হয়ে থাকে।
ধন্যবাদ জানাই এমন একটি তথ্যবহুল রিপোর্ট আমাদের মাঝে পাবলিস্ট করার জন্য।
দিদি আপনাকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ এপ্রিল ২০২৩ পুরো মাসের রিপোর্ট প্রকাশ করার জন্য। আপনার ধৈর্য্য ও পরিশ্রমের কারণে আমরা অবশ্যই একদিন অনেকদুর এগিয়ে যাবো। আপনার প্রতি অনেক কৃতজ্ঞ আমরা সবাই। ভালো থাকবেন দিদি প্রতিনিয়ত এই কামনা করি।
এত অসুস্থতার মাঝেও,,, আপনি এত সুন্দর করে একটা রিপোর্ট। আমাদের সাথে উপস্থাপন করেছেন। যেটা পড়ে আমার কাছে বেশ ভালো লাগলো,, অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ দিদি এত সুন্দর একটা রিপোর্ট। আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য। আপনার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল,, ভালো থাকবেন। নিজের শরীরের প্রতি খেয়াল রাখবেন।
