Hello there amazing steemians in the incredible India community how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, as for me I'm perfectly fine.

In my today's entry I will be participating in the monthly contest organize by @meraindia which has the theme "According to you, which are the paramount keys of any relationship?"

According To You, What Are The Paramount Keys Of Any Relationship?.

When it comes to the paramount keys of any given relationship I think it will have to do with some of the basic factors or attributes that helps in maintaining a healthy relationship.

And some of those paramount keys in a relationship are;

• Communication
• Trustworthiness
• Respect

Communication

In any given relationship communication is the key, constant communication in a relationship is very important and necessary because it helps keep the love between both partners warm

Trustworthiness

In any given relationship both partners should prove themselves worthy of gaining trust from each other at the same time truthfulness is also very important because it is with constant truth that a person can gain the trust of someone.

Respect

In a relationship it is very important that both partners strives in respecting their spouses, because respect breeds love, trust etc so respect is very important in a relationship

How Should People Balance Their Relationships In Personal And Professional Life?

Be it personal or professional life as long as relationship is concerned I personally think that there's no other way or short cut in balancing their differences other than the use of dialogue.

It is with dialogue alone that the differences in any given relationship can be settled and resolved, take for example in a casual relationship if you had a disagreement with a friend all it takes to resolve and settle it is for the person who sees that he/she is wrong to say "I'm sorry"

Even in a personal relationship when you partner does something that hurts your feelings all you need to do instead of keeping quiet is open up tell him/her your mind and how hurt you are through simple communication then it's up to him or her to admit his/her wrongs and apologize.

Do You Believe Some People Take Undue Advantage Of Relationships In Personal And Professional Life? Justify.

Yes absolutely and we call such a relationship "toxic relationship" and it is mostly common in a personal relationship where one partner tends to take advantage of his/her partner due to their simplicity, commitment and determination in the relationship.

While in a professional setting mostly with those working for someone (boss) their boss may tend and tries to take advantage of their worker, I have seen a situation whereby a servant serves his master for complete six years and instead of the servants to get his blessings and settlement from his master.

His master denies him his settlement with one excuse or the other and try keeping him in his house and taking advantage of the poor guys service which was very bad and uncalled for.

Conclusion

Relationships are something which shouldn't be toyed with mostly a personal relationship and for a professional relationship it should be build out of trust and settlement for mutual benefits.
