Currently, there is no special day. In daily life, life is so busy that there is no time for oneself. The whole week is busy.I am a teacher, so now the children's papers are going on, sometimes there is a load of children's papers, sometimes their tests.

I look forward to Sundays as they are my day off but sometimes that day gets wrapped up in preparing the children's papers.But when I get Sunday, my happiness has no place. I enjoy Sunday with my family and cook delicious dishes and celebrate Sunday special together.

• Sunday is very special day we all siblings are together so this day is a little different than other days to make this day more special we organize a small picnic.

As soon as everyone finds out that we are going on a picnic, everyone gets excited about when the car will arrive and we will leave home.When we reach Pak, there is no end to the joy of the children seeing the swings, some children are moving here and some children are moving the other way.

Everyone takes selfies to capture their beautiful memories in the form of pictures and enjoy the food of their choice.When it is time to return home, the faces of children and adults are filled with sadness and they look forward to the next Sunday, wishing we could have such a day again.

• Having one day a week that is dedicated to just yourself and your family and not business allows us to mentally calm ourselves. Life has become so busy these days.

Along with physical exhaustion, mental exhaustion also occurs.Mental exhaustion makes us prone to depression. To overcome this depression and calm the mind, there must be a day that we reserve only for ourselves so that we can be free and spend time with our loved ones.

To calm ourselves down, we should focus on our extra activities like reading a novel, going shopping.When we are part of extra activities, we should not focus on our business matters, only then can we have peace of mind.

• Childhood is childhood, it is such a beautiful time that we are away from all kinds of worries and responsibilities.There is no dream or idea of the thing called grief, what is the name of grief.

The love and affection of parents and siblings make life so beautiful that the heart says that we should always be children and never grow up.Sometimes when we go out of the house unannounced, our parents find us and when we return home, our father gets angry, where have you been for so long?

Because we have grown up and even the kind shadow of a father is no longer over my head.So I miss my father and his scolding so much now I only have my childhood memories and nothing else.
