It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @sduttaskitchen which talks about My all-time favorite comedian. I will be making my entry below so read through it and drop your valuable comment as it will be appreciated.

Who is your all-time favorite comedian? Why?

My all-time favourite comedian is AY. He is a famous Nigerian comedian who has built himself so much and every other comedian learns from him. His jokes are amazing and they are the type that touch the human soul.

One of the main reasons I have selected this comedian is because he is a very educated person and he has strategy and plans to make the comedy industry lively. At the moment, he owns and organizes one of the biggest shows in Africa called the AY Cribs.

That show brings together comedians from all over Africa and they will all be given a few minutes to crack their jokes. Aside from that, he is one of the most influential personalities I have seen here in Nigeria.

He goes out every month to give arms to the less privileged especially those in the orphanage. He ensures he puts a smile on the faces of those who are depressed with his funny yet educative comedy.

Name the best performance of that comedian you like the most. Reasons.

The best performance of the comedian that I like the most is a recent show he made titled "A Night of a Thousand Laughs". It was a great show that was held in Abuja Nigeria, though I wasn't in attendance because I couldn't afford the tickets I followed it online.

The show was filled with laughter from the beginning till the end. Many comedians were invited and they too made their presentation but that of AY as the chief host captivated me the most.

I couldn't stop laughing when he started his jokes. Nigeria is already a very difficult country and only comedy makes people smile all the time for that reason, AY tries to use the economic situation and other factors to ensure that everyone is happy and forgets about their sorrows.

But it's very tough to bring a smile to anyone's face. Justify

Truly it is very easy to hurt someone and it is very difficult to put a smile on the face of someone. You can just hit or do something bad to someone and that person will get hurt but to put a smile on the person's face, you need to ensure that you say something very funny to make the person laugh.

There are times when you will crack a joke because the people have heard that joke before or they are familiar with what you have said, they may not smile at all and that is the major issue with putting a smile on the faces of people.

We know what we can do to make people upset but what will make them smile is quite not easy to come by and that is why we say it is easier to hurt a person than to make the person smile.
