Stress is a natural feeling in human beings which has a negative impact on their daily life. Stress is an important issue. Stress is an unwanted phenomenon that afflicts people. People lose their mental balance due to mental stress.The sooner the causes of mental stress can be found and solved, the better. Otherwise, mental stress will destroy people's principles, morals, ideals.
Stress can be caused by various reasons.First of all we need to find out the causes of our stress.Then we can easily control our mental stress by controlling our behavior by adapting to the situation. During stress,we engage in various abnormal or negative behaviors.Stress control can only be established by taking into account how negative behaviors affect our lives during stress. And for that we can bring the following things into consideration.For example:
Recreational activities:
Lack of entertainment can be one of the biggest causes of our stress. Because leading a monotonous life we are so busy with work that we don't even have time for entertainment. So we can go somewhere for entertainment or listen to music in between our work.
Being confident and leaving bad company:
If we have confidence in ourselves that I can, then we can control the mental balance during difficult times or stress. And to leave a bad partner because someone's bad comment or hurtful words are enough to stress you out for an entire day.
Motivation:
It is very important to reduce stress.Motivation can be self for self. Motivating yourself, living a smiling life, being happy with your position, not envying anyone's progress, then stress will be far away from us. That's why motivational videos on social media can help us.
Healthy living:
If your health is good, your mind is good and if your mind is good, you can stay away from stress. That is why it is very important to keep yourself tidy, when you feel good about yourself, there is a good feeling inside that gives mental peace. Then you have to eat healthy food and exercise yourself regularly. Discipline can keep you away from depression, and depression is the cause of stress.

Maintaining Economic imalance:
It is impossible to run the world without money. And this economic instability is the main cause of our stress. So a proper plan has to be made to maintain the economic balance.Then according to this plan you have to spend frugally to keep stress under control.
Control of mental instability:
There are many reasons why we can get irregular periods. For example: Not being able to accept anything, a serious accident of a loved one, or being deprived of something, we can be mentally unstable for any reason.Therefore, as soon as these are accepted, we can stay away from mental instability and keep stress under control.
When people can't accept something from their mind or can't maintain mental balance then they get mental stress. It can be from anxiety, depression, anger, depression, economic imbalance, mental instability etc. A person loses his mental balance due to mental stress. So the reason behind stress should be found out so that it can be controlled. The three main causes of our stress are explained below:

Depression and mental instability:
Desperation arises from the desire to get something. We get frustrated when our wants or needs are not met or fail to be met. And keep thinking why I didn't get it, why my needs are not being met, thus we keep forcing ourselves. Then our mental instability occurs. As a result of this we suffer from mental stress. And due to stress we get angry and many things fill us with worry. Mental stress increases gradually.
To impose something by force:
This is another cause of stress. Many times many things are forced upon us. Ex: Family wise if a girl is married against her will then it is forced on her. Then to be guilty of a crime without having committed it, or to do something that is impossible, is imposed on us, which you must do. If these forces are accepted, people fall under mental stress. When something is imposed on a person against his will, his mental stress is created.
Economic imbalance and lack of entertainment:
Currently, the main cause of people's stress is economic imbalance. People are not able to match their income with their expenses.The main reason for this may be the rise in commodity prices at present. Apart from this, due to not going according to proper plan or routine, people are losing balance economically. As a result, people are not able to meet their basic needs and from here mental stress is created. Besides, people are so engrossed in their work that they do not find time to please themselves. People get stressed out of boredom too.
As a result of mental stress, symptoms of various diseases appear in people, such as: frequent nausea, headache, chest pain, they persist. Also, the mood is always bad, as a result of being abused and deprived by loved ones or others. So we have to take this problem of mental stress seriously.
Mental stress manifests various negative qualities in us. Moving away from family, friends and loved ones, sleep problems or excessive sleep, memory loss, attention problems, etc. are seen. Many people are addicted to harmful drugs, including drugs and alcohol. So we have to first find out the cause of mental stress and take measures accordingly.
Basic activities like walking to reduce stress, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, spending time with friends and family, and doing hobbies that make you happy can all play a positive role.
Then anger, excitement, anger, frustration should be kept away from them. You have to think yourself the best and be confident.The faster we can solve the mental stress, the more time we can use to improve in life.

Therefore, it is important to understand the causes of mental stress and find ways to manage it in order to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Hey @jannatmou, I just read your post and it got me thinking. Mental stress is such a serious issue and it affects us all in different ways. We need to take steps to reduce the stress that we experience on a daily basis. Fortunately, there are simple activities like walking, eating healthy food, getting enough sleep and spending time with friends and family that can help us find balance.
