A few days ago, I presented to you the continuity of industrial attachment.

Accordingly, today I want to present to you, when I do industrial attachment training in the lab, I will present to you a few things.

Me and my friends make a test pitch of some tiles. The purpose of creating this test case is to check whether the process of making tiles is completely correct, how the quality of the tiles is.

First of all I would say that the first thing to learn in the laboratory is to make individual test pitches of each material.

Materials needed to make the test piece

• Material
• water
• Sodium silicate

All these ingredients should be weighed and then put in the potmill. Well let me write down the required equipment and describe all in that proportion.

Then all the machineries we need include:-

• Weight meter
• Pot mill
• Rapid Mill

For now only these few materials and machinery can complete the grinding. When I take the material I will weigh 300 grams of the material and put it in the potmill.

Then weigh 150 grams of water and five grams of sodium silicate with the material in the pot mill.

Now in that rapid mill time should be determined according to the pot materials. Usually 8 minutes and 18 minutes are also rotated twenty minutes. Industrial ball mill RPM 12, 12.5, 13 times. The full meaning of RPM is Rotation Per Minute. Then comes the specific residue.

Now the main work begins. After complete grinding is unloaded from the potmill. Then moisture test, density, viscosity test have to be done.

• Picnometer
• Fault cup
• 250 match salons
• Dryer

Various tests are performed by all these devices. How to know the density of grinding slip. Need to know how the viscosity is. Moisture residue is OK after various tests.

All the test pieces that we made were individually made by each individual composition, the test pieces of these tiles.

Tested MOR. water absorption, sinkage, loss on ignition. The quality has to be determined through various tests.

Then after drying in the drawer the weight was taken and the size was measured, considering the thickness.

Then when the test piece of drawn tiles was fired in the kiln at a temperature of 1125 degrees Celsius. Then its various defects were observed.

Basically, what is the problem with this test? Through this formula, thickness, water absorption, sinkage, loss on ignition are taken out.

Then we write their report on test pieces of tiles. Then submitted to Sir. Discounts let us know what problems have occurred.
