ZOODLES: The Healthy and Delicious Future of Pasta

Steemit Zoodles.jpg

This was one of the biggest revelations on my raw food journey - noodles made out of zucchini.

Are you still eating conventional pasta dishes? Here are 5 powerful reasons why zoodles are the future of pasta:

🥒 GLUTEN-FREE: No need try several versions of gluten-free pasta to then find the texture or taste to be unsatisfying. Zoodles are so simple yet give you the clean taste you want for your pasta sauce to shine.

🥒 NUTRIENT-DENSE: Zoodles have much more nutrients per calorie and are therefore the smart choice for any health-conscious foodie out there.

🥒 MUCUSLESS: Common noodles often result in an excessive production of mucus in our body which can impact our organs in their proper functioning. Zoodles on the other hand even help to get rid of such mucous obstructions in our system to allow our body to thrive. You want to learn more about a mucusless diet? Check out my post Mucusless Diet for Healing to dive deeper into that powerful concept.

🥒 LIGHTER: Food coma after your favourite pasta dish? Not with Zoodles. They leave us with more energy, a sharp mind and a feeling of lightness. Perfect fuel for a vibrant day!

🥒 ABUNDANCE: No need to restrict portion sizes, no guilty feelings. With Zoodles you can eat in abundance till you are fully satisfied and nourished and can still end up with a leaner body.

Thank you!! Zoodles are a real passion for me :)

zoodles are a good LC option

Can be, yes! But I personally like to focus on high-carb and low-fat meals to fuel my body with all the powerful glucose to run my system while going easy on my liver with limited fats. This is what worked best for me for longterm health, wellbeing and weight balance. ;)

Low carb diets have actually been used as a treatment for fatty liver issues, isn't that incredible? it is amazing how much ignorance in nutrition is still spewed out there today, but thankfully those walls are slowly coming down and more are learning.

staying on a high glucose regime would quite literally kill me prob by speeding up the damage inflicted from unchecked insulin issues, kudos to anyone who can live that high sugar life and feel no negative results! a freak of nature😎 LC has done wonders for myself and so many that I know in promoting optimal wellness ✌️.

Thank you for your honest comment. ;) There are certainly conflicting information about high-carb and high-fat approaches.

You are right, when you are on a high fat diet and include lots of sugars (derived from carbohydrates), you are facing high sugar and insulin levels. The reason for this is that fat clogs up our cells and therefore hinders sugar to enter them with the help of insulin. More insulin is produced since the body observers high sugar levels and sends insulin to transport the sugar into the cells, without much luck. This is how people can develop diabetes.

With a low carb and high fat diet on the other hand would keep the blood sugar levels low, yes, but also add to the problem since it more and more clogs up the cells. With a low-fat diet including lots of healthy carbohydrates, you can tackle the root cause and allow the fat that is clogging up the cells to be resolved. Soon sugar can enter the cells again and diabetes can be reversed naturally.
