Oh my gosh, what a great post altogether! This is prompting me to write last night's dream, it's been a few hours now but I woke up slowly to stay in it and woke up at noon.

Me and my dad found out that the Toronto Sacred Harp convention costed a few grands so we weren't going, but my brother was. I remember being in a trailer with my dad after a party spanning multiple days, there was so much going on but that's about all I remember.

The tigers running after us would have been a great addition, the tiger is our own predatory instinct chasing after our meek modern selves, forcing us to climb on trees, how fun!

In real life my brother and father don't sing that repertoire, it was cool sharing that with them.

Spring coming early in Europe sounds like bad news to me, it bums me out from here where winters are still a lot more robust.

Nevertheless, we all have our ways of being vulnerable and yours in this post has been quite charming.

Thank you so much for your kind words :>)

Let me know when you manage to write down your next dream. Once again, I remembered loads of different fragments of dreams this morning, their content not really worth mentioning though.

Your dream sounds pretty awesome though, sounds like you had fun in there. If I may be frank ( no need to answer ), how's your relation with your dad? Do you guys actually hang out in real life or is it a wish of yours?

I like the way you explain the tiger metaphor. I recently listened to a guided meditation where the narrator told us listeners to look at dreams by changing perspective. In this case, try to look at it from the perspective of the tiger. How would you feel? For instance: This is a fun game! Let's run after those creatures. Or, I am so hungry. Nice to see this abundance of food so close by.

It's also a way to change a nightmare in the opposite.

Thanks a lot! Much appreciated :>)

Great Post! And it's always great to see someone getting the mood swings "on the right track" . Think all the stuff you mentioned does help indeed. The deep breathing n a chair is a personal favourite, since it's always available.

Like how you capture your dreams in audio, I'll keep that in mind. I never remember anything I dream, but I'll remember to suggested to lucky people who do.

Keep enjoying all those walks and enjoyable foods (we all know food in Portugal is the best in the world.)

Abraço!

P.S. I think bringing out the kid in oneself... is an absolute must do. Like many things in society is upside down. The explorer, fun and kind etc.. child like is oppressed and then in the important things, like values responsibility for their lives, development of the intellect, and so on... many tend to be immature - non developed. So I would say, always keep listening to that inner child. (And see if he finds other inner children)

Deep breathing in a chair ( am doing it right now ) is definitely the easiest.

Let me know if you start trying the dream memorizing trick and if it works for you :>)

I won't comment on the Portuguese food being the best ( that would be the rude me ), but I'm wonder if I'll miss it when I'm gone.

Yes, let's keep acting like the kid inside ( in the best way possible ). Let's bring the positivity back in tothe phrase:

'Are you Kidding me? '

Um abraço,

Li'l Hyper

Beautiful pictures! It seems to be so peaceful where you live :) So nice to see your notes and your handwriting. Dreams are fascinating for sure. I want to remember more of my dreams as well. A useful tip to record a voice memo, I might try that next time I wake up from a dream I want to remember. I usually don't really get around to write it down...

Thank you for your kind words :>)

It sure is peaceful here, besides the sounds of chain saws and the occasional barking dogs.

Since I started recording voice memos ( again ), a couple of nights back, I remember my dreams daily. This morning, I woke up remembering about 5 different fragments but decided not to record them.

It is intriguing, to say the least.

See you around :>)

This was incredible to read! Thank you so much for sharing!

I loved looking at all the very inspiring photos. I relate to your post a lot, especially the writing as a therapy part.

Very interesting your dream with the tigers. I got caught at the detail of you observing from a safe distance. I've been reading a lot about dreams and I think the observing in the distance might be you wanting to join but still being careful about it - maybe the tigers are a new challenge that is coming and you are wary to join because it looks dangerous / out of your comfort zone?

(please, don't go running with tigers IRL. I don't think it's safe)

Obrigado obrigado pelas suas simpáticas palavras

I thought I already replied to this comment but perhaps I dreamt about it ;>)

I will keep your possible explanation of my dream in mind and will keep my eyes open for upcoming challenges .

And no worries, I won't run with tigers

Um abraço

Thank you! Glad you appreciate it @porters The Hypersensitivosaurus story is only getting started. More to come very soon...

Yeah, I'm gonna mis(s)(t) this view on my upcoming travels

xx

woah dude! brilliant post! It's like 3 in one, all pretty awesome. Your village is incredible sometimes. I think Hypersensitivosauras has a future. It could easily be a kids book for adults, to bring out the kid in them. I think you can help a lot of people with it.

Cheers for the compliment mate!

I too have my moments of brilliance. And yes, my village can be very picturesque, it just lacks life.

It could easily be a kids book for adults, to bring out the kid in them.

I will definitely keep that in mind. I really like the idea that I can serve and reach several age groups with ( what was originally ) one story :>)

Oh and I forgot to mention Fyn and how she is the best ever...wonder if she even reads the comments on comments that she’s not tagged on . Shhhh

did you read the above @ryivhnn ? ;>)

Ack now I have to say something XD (I'm horribly behind today so been voting and running as I've realised that trying to catch up tomorrow is no longer really viable XD).

I actually really like that notebook look/feel. Depending on how your sister's illustrations would that could be adorable in mass print :D

Cool to hear that you like it and yes, giving the book a note book with sketchies kind of feel sounds interesting.

My twin sister draws even better and cuter, btw but if I would do this, I would give the book my hand writing ;>)

Sounds like a great idea XD
