Inheritance:

Leaders who can leave a legacy begin their journey with a great sense of great ideals and commitment. A sincere leader thinks not only about the present, but also about the future and the future. Such leaders change the course of history. The power of confidence, courage and resilience says that all people have improved at the leadership level, they have a special place in history. Mahatma Gandhi

As the cream floats on the milk, so does the rise of the leader. It's not uncommon for people to pause for a moment just to watch a car crash. Suddenly a man stepped forward and took responsibility for the situation. He brought an ambulance with someone and called the police with another. Checks the injury and keeps the conversation, work-action going.

Who gave power to this man? Maybe no one. But if you notice the way he is managing himself, he becomes the people who begin to obey him. He has taken responsibility and delegated power to himself. Leadership is about taking initiative and being accountable.

By definition, leadership is the institutional or unconventional ability to manage. What is the source of power of the leader? Where does the leader get power from?

Power source:

  1. Power to rank:

We need to remember that the source of a person's power is social status and title. When the title is taken away, the power is gone. Position expresses authority and empowers authority. But good behavior is the source of power. A person who is obsessed with titles and ranks is at least worthy of power. If any kind of title, rank or power is not established on justice, it will not last. Political disguised leaders are spineless. They move with the help of the wood of power. Strength is not the only thing that matters. Greatness lies in the proper use of energy.

  1. Powers through Mango Moktar:

Power is delegated or accepted by the higher authorities through a process of representation. Getting power through the authority does not in any way guarantee that it will be used properly if it is not misused. 3. Ability to say personality:

Personality refers to power as extraordinary talent. But the hustle and bustle of a talented person can deceive people. Freed from deception, it can be seen that a leader deprived of essence is not really good. Just an evil leader.

  1. Ability to say skill:

Many times in a particular case there is a limited amount of power and some respect due to exceptional ability and skill.

  1. Power to say policy:

Our character values process, faith, courage, conviction and righteousness are the source of such power. A combination of personality and policy leads to competent leadership.

Can be called ‘extraordinary talent’ and ‘character’. This principle also applies to our personal lives. We blend in with personality, but in character we survive. "Power corrupts and unfettered power is completely corrupt."

Many people believe this statement to be true but there is another side to this statement. Some of the best leaders in the world did great good by power. They never succumbed to the temptation to abuse authority. He was not so tainted by the status quo of temptation and opportunity. They have always been holy. So the question is, why weren't they polluted?

It was proposed to bribe George Washington of the United States for betraying the country. He refuses to take it.

Why don't competent leaders get corrupted?

The answer is that they are not tainted from the heart. Power defiles those who are defiled from the beginning and from the heart. When the corrupt hold on to power, they defile power. For them, politics is a joint strategy to rise to power and stay in power.

Many say that success often leads to arrogance. The opposite is equally true. There are some people who, the more successful they are, the more humble and humble they become.

Is success a source of arrogance or humility?

None. Success reveals the person and reveals what has been hidden for so long. Match in front of everyone. Contrary to the above statement, the perseverance of a successful person is often misinterpreted as arrogance and their humility and modesty are considered weak.

Being powerful is a lot like being a woman. That is not what the people are told. ' - Margaret Thatcher, former British Prime Minister

Authority is not enough:

The authority of work and direction is not a substitute for leadership. Leaders who can inspire the people depend on authority. The pseudo-leader can be impressed by the performance. Afraid of persuasion based on authority. What can be done with such power is consent to fulfill the next wish instead of the good wish. The people will not wholeheartedly support the people in power without fulfilling their wishes.
