We dig out Everything for your own consumption, So you have nothing to lose Following this Program till the end.
This week is another Super, exciting and interesting week on the Show because we have great Steemians who have contributed Positively to the Platform and they are going to share with all of us here how they do it.
Have you ever made a mistake before in the platform? What's the right approach to handle Such? Please follow along as these would be highlighted during the Show.
Our First guest today is @kouba01. kouba01 is from Tunisia, he is one of the oldest hardworking steemian who have proven his seriousness and integrity in the platform despite having less or no other User from his country. He is an
IT teacher for over 15years , he is a Crypto Trader and a professor in the CryptoAcedemy.
Presently he is in the Quality Control Team Curation team
So please join Me while I welcome to my Mr. Kouba01.
🔷Kuoba01: Curious about everything, a bit provocative, impetuous and creative, a kind of explosive cocktail that can make you laugh, enjoy or annoy.
🔷Kuoba01: It was and still is a wonderful experience, which I have lived every day for nearly five years, where I was able to acquire much knowledge, especially in the field of crypto, by forming relationships with kind and hardworking people, but this does not prevent me from being deceived by people I thought were brothers.
🔷Kuoba01: Before I started working within the Academy and even before its inception, the platform supervisors would organize crypto contests and ask us to write articles on certain topics, and indeed from there, the research was launched in this promising world and how much I enjoyed when I discovered new information and write about it, and then the Academy was formed where I participated in its first season as a student and then submitted my application to become a professor in the second season, and today I am continuing the experiment as the oldest professor in the academy and I try always to benefit the users with my knowledge.
🔷Kuoba01: As I told you earlier, my period of work at the Academy lasted more than a year and a half, which means that I lived many periods within this community. In fact, before there was more enthusiasm for users to search for information and try to write it individually. for some seasons we have managed to exceed two thousand participations or more.
🔷Kuoba01: Most of these users now belong to their own communities where they organize their own competitions, so their participation within the academy has decreased, perhaps due to lack of time and their concern for the development of their communities and c is completely legit. .
As for the new subscribers, there is a weakness in writing, most of them copy sentences and even whole paragraphs from the web, which leads them to plagiarism, and therefore their voice has been muffled within the Academy, and the last two months have been muted by many users, which explains the lack of our activists.
🔷Kuoba01: Also, my work within the Quality Control curation team I enjoy a lot because of its individual and collective gains, the fact that it is a place that teaches you to be a leader without being commanded or domineering, despite the different countries and cultures we were able to work in a brotherly atmosphere. Our goal is to encourage users to write articles In the fields of finance and technology, with good content and to select the best.
Even the exit of many members and their replacement with others users that did not affect the flow of work since we have a clear structure that enables our new members to integrate quickly within the team. I thank everyone who worked with us previously for their professionalism and proficiency throughout their working with us. .
🔷Kuoba01:Maybe that my real profession is also an IT teacher for 15 years.
🔷Kuoba01:Absolutely not, I am peaceful by nature, I do not like wars, but my favorite hobby after practicing bodybuilding remains wild hunting while adhering to the times when it is open for hunting, and one of my most important features is my accuracy in shooting, which is the most prominent challenge that hunters want to highlight.
🔷Kuoba01:Playing sports, working on steemit platform and walking around with my sons.
🔷Kuoba01:I am too sensitive, which is the thing that a member of the platform played on to defraud me and passively a large amount of money, And also quick to anger.
🔷Kuoba01:Every time I invite many friends to join the platform to form a community for our country, but I want to tell you that the main problem is that most of them do not want to start from zero, and they want me to support them strongly from the beginning, but my first condition is that they provide content that rises to their support, which has not happened so far. So, I'd rather not join them than break the rules of the platform.
🔷Kuoba01:My most important advice is patience and perseverance, the beginning of the road is always difficult, so be defiant and do not despair of beginnings and the day will come when you say yes I did it.
🔷Kuoba01:I really enjoyed your interview with me through your professional questions, which indicate your diligence in searching for someone to interview. I wish you success in this work, and it is a real idea that deserves support and encouragement.
And Our Next guest today is all the way From Turkey . She is a lifestyle blogger , a wonderful User who love travelling and making great contents out of it. She is presently Working With the Same curation team With Mr.Kouba01. She is a good example of a hardworking lady. Please Friends give it up to our great guest today @ozenozge .
🔶ozenozge : Hello dear ubongudofot,First of all, thank you for inviting me to the Interview Showcase program. Honestly, I'm a little excited as this is my first interview.
Coming to the question, I have been registered with Steemit since March 2021 and in the process I made a lot of new friends and learned a lot about blockchains. So I can say that Steemit has added a lot to me. Now, I shape my life a bit according to Steemit, sometimes when I go somewhere, I take more photos to create content on Steemit, and sometimes I even visit different places just to create Steemit content.
Apart from that, the fact that Steemit is an international place is also very interesting. I learn about cultures of places that I will not have the opportunity to visit in my life. Seeing snapshots from the daily lives of people from different cultures allowed me to know those cultures better.
🔶ozenozge : I cannot give an example of a single event, but Steemit Crypto Academy is of great importance to me. I got good upvotes here, but it wasn't a big deal. The most important thing is that I gained so much knowledge in this way that it was reflected in my daily life.
Before Steemit, my knowledge of blockchains was almost zero. Thanks to the SCA assignments, I first learned the basics and then progressed to higher levels. Nowadays, people around me in my daily life ask me questions about blockchains and get my ideas.
In fact, I started to create content about blockchains on a local news site. I have a lot to learn and improve myself right now, but at least maybe I can even build a career in this field. If it wasn't for Steemit this would have been unimaginable to me.
🔶ozenozge : As this was my first curation experience, the first weeks were pretty tough and I overwhelmed the dear Quality Control team with my questions. But since the team was very understanding and helpful, they kindly answered my every question and they helped me.
In fact, it is not as easy as it seems because you may face unexpected situations. It is also a responsibility to be fair and to vote fairly. Especially the best selection of the week challenges me because sometimes a few content is at the same level and it can be stressful to catch that small difference between similar articles.
Apart from that, since we vote on the articles about the fintech label, it is enjoyable to follow the articles in this field and to reach interesting information from time to time. I enjoy reading interesting articles, especially in the field of science, but in this field, financial content is mainly focused on.
🔶ozenozge : This is a good and pondering question. I will quickly answer any ideas that come to my mind right now.
First of all, I believe that informing the authors will increase the quality. For example, instead of skipping a content directly because it is of poor quality, I think it would be useful to politely report why the article was not upvoted as a comment. As a team, we leave a brief comment on skipped posts.
I also believe that justice is very important. As a quality post gets voted with a good percentage, it will encourage authors to produce quality content.
Apart from that, even if the content of the article is of high quality, I think that the visual is also important. By using markdowns, the visual quality of the texts can be increased. There is no doubt that this makes the article easier to read.
🔶ozenozge: I use Steemit for many purposes. One of them is to create a personal diary. In this way, when I look back in the future, I think it is good to see what I did at that time, what my goals were and whether I was able to reach them.
I also like to travel, and by sharing them on Steemit, I research the places I visit in more detail. Before Steemit, I used to share the places I went as a tourist on social media accounts such as Instagram and that’s it. Now, I research a place I visited after the trip is over and increase my knowledge about it.
🔶ozenozge: Hmm, I think this is a difficult question. My answer to this question will be https://steemit.com/hive-185836/@ozenozge/club75-drawing-set-for-beginners.
Maybe it wasn't my hardest work or the highest upvoted post, but after this post, I got SC01 follow-up. Therefore, I think it wouldn't be wrong to choose this post as the most successful post.
PS: I'm still working on drawing, although I'm not as enthusiastic as I was then, but I'm still very amateur. I hope one day I can have the opportunity to share my quality drawings with you like the great artists on Steemit.
🔶ozenozge: First of all, I write what goes through my mind as a plain text. Here I quickly write what comes to my mind without filtering completely.
Then I read my article and edit the mistakes. If my content is in Turkish, I move on to adding the photos. In English, I check the grammar using a utility like prowritingaid.com and make corrections if any. Afterwards, I add the photos to the article as in Turkish content.
Secondly, I choose the photos that I will use in my article. This can be the hardest part sometimes. I usually use my own photos in my articles. Especially if there will be an article about the past, I go to my photo album and download all the related photos to my computer. Because sometimes there are dozens of photos and I try to choose the best ones.
After adding the photos, I apply the mark downs. For this, I usually copy the ready-made mark downs from my previous articles.
Finally, I check my article from beginning to end and share it.
When I first started to writing on Steemit, I prepared it in a word document and then copied it to Steemit. But definitely this is a more tiring and difficult path. It is more practical to write directly on Steemit and make edits from there.
🔶ozenozge: An engaging title and a nice cover image should definitely be the highlights. At least I pay attention to that as a reader .
🔶ozenozge:Definitely just a hobby. In fact, I have to admit that I am not a person who likes to take pictures and shoot. My interest in photography increased with Steemit. When I meet my friends, they find it interesting that I take pictures of what's going on around me. This is definitely the Steemit effect.
🔶ozenozge: Of course, better is always possible. Maybe none of us are professional writers, but I believe that we can increase the quality of the content we create by putting more effort into it.
This is what I always say to my friends who come to Steemit through me. Don't just use this place to make money, try to be original and enjoy your work while creating your content.
It is also very important not to give up. Do not be offended by the platform because a few of your articles are not noticed and continue to work patiently. Surely someone will notice you.
🔶ozenozge:It has been a very good work to see the authors we frequently see on this platform from a different perspective. Frankly, I fell in love with the idea. It makes me very happy to see such quality work. From now on, I will follow and support Interview Showcase closely. Thank you again for having me as a guest, it was a very enjoyable experience.
And Our last but not the least of our guests today is @janemorane all the way from Pakistan, She is an art Lover and has Serve in the Art Curation team for over 3 months With Some good Commendations. There is something about this User that is worth Emulating by Users, please follow along as I dig into this.
🔶Janemorane: I have more experience then my presence on steemit, maybe I might sound wrong to you but let me explain, since I joined steemit I read people saw their achievements, read about their experience their methods of working and I totally adopt those methods and apply them practically on my blogs and that helped me gaining more experinace than I actually have on steemit.
I have experience of writing blogs, arranging contests in the communities, guiding newcomers. And honestly speaking steemit has become a very important part of my life that I never ignore. I consider steemit as my job but the job that i like, the job I do by my own choice and the job that never stressed me out but help me in increasing my productivity and brings positive energy.
🔶Janemorane: Being active steemian on steemit is my biggest achievement itself, since I am on steemit I have achieved so many things. Recently, I led an Art’s Curation team for around four months which I consider as my biggest achievement so far.
Being in the curators shoes for months is not a small thing and I think being a curator on steemit is dream of all of us once, and I lived my dream these months..
🔶Janemorane: Actually being a student it gets very difficult for me at times to manage things and with studies, writings blogs needs time and most of the time the reason behind my absenties from steemit are because of my studies.
It been one year I joined university after insisting my mother and other relatives because they didn’t wanted me to join university as none of my females cousins ever went to university and that’s why I have to spend more time studying to get good marks because I got this chance hardly and now I don’t want to waste it.
That’s the main reason I get absent or lessactive on steemit. But as now I am on my summar vacations I am trying my best to give more time to steemit and write my blogs daily to fulfill my absenties.
🔶Janemorane: The most interesting thing about this job was team work, I really appreciate my fellow teammates for cooperating. They all really work hard to make a stronger team together.
In addition, curating others and appreciating their work was one other thing I really liked about this job. NOw, I know the happiness when you appreciate and help motivate others for their work it a different feeling I always want to feel.
🔶Janemorane: The biggest challenge to our team during the period of curation was finding some eligible posts, most of the time the posts were plagiarised, some good posts authors do not even powered up, others just post pictures and not even wrote a sentence description to it which was not worthy to curate. I appreciate all the curators for their efforts to find eligible and worthy posts and curate them to support the ones who are truly needed.
🔶Janemorane: Yes, I really want to work again as curator because it helped me learn and work according to the rules and regulations nad also help me understand the importance of using correct tags, joining clubs and many more.Offcourse, i really want gain more and more of the knowledge from the curators job.
🔶Janemorane: Since childhood I had dream to become fashion designer but my parents disn’t allow me to study fashion designing in university but my passion is still learning different arts, I love doing painting, sketching and other crafts. It provides me the ability to think out of the box and live in my imaginative world, help me relax and breath. You can call it my hobby or passion but I am very much enthusiastic about ARTs since childhood.
🔶Janemorane: I am 2nd year University student, studying Social sciences as my main ubject at university. I am steemit since my last year at school and from that time I used to schedule my work and study together by using sticky notes and a small notice board on my table to help me remind all the activities at school and the posts I need to make on steemit, also what contests I have to enter throughout the week. This helped me managed my work and school life together without any inconvenience.
🔶Janemorane: Steemit has given me so much happiness, I have celebrated many happy moments of my life with steemit. But there are some bad moments which everyone faces and there is one worse experience of mine which I have faced on steemit, yesterday i did an unwanted mistake and reposted an old post of mine. Next day when I woke up I saw a comment and i was about to cry when I realised my mistake and regret it.
I am an honourable steemian have build my reputation in very long period by working hard, I felt so bad that how I can be so careless and irresponsible but since I regret my mistake and thus ask for apology and on then I felt a bit lighter and that’s my advice to all other steemians to never ever make such mistake and if did then learn to accept their mistakes because it shows humility and everyone should do it.
I personally had the worse moment ever and i really felt so bad but I hope everyone will understand that humans make mistakes and should accept it.
🔶Janemorane:As much as I have noticed many people try to use shortcuts and other ways to become on top in short time which is definitely not the right way, you have to struggle for each single vote.
You have to make your post so attractive that it doesn’t need to beg anyone for votes, work your writings styles, your post length, your markdowns styles, plagiarism and many more and only then you can make your post attractive to others and especially curators.
🔶Janemorane: I personally appreciate your idea about showcasing different steemians and doing efforts on reaching them and taking their interviews. By this interview showcase many people get a chance to share their experiane on steemit and can guide others about the mistakes they made them self.
Working on steemit is not less than a challenge and it needs dedication to be successful on the platform.
Many new steemians think that how some rising stars of steemit get these positions and what are their ways of working and methodology of posting and through this interview showcase they get all their answers and help them grow on steemit like others successful steemians.

Wow this is the a beautiful program by you in this platform, it encourage most users a lot to stay active and enjoy the platform. I've learned something from @kuba01
With this advice I don't have anything to be discouraged and will even use this to encourage my recruit, I've been telling them in anything you do persistency is the key and in steemit you need to be persistent.
I also enjoyed interview with @ozenozge I appreciate the way she explained her writing process, with this I've learned a new site I can also use to check my grammar to avoid grammatical errors, and I will also work on my cover image👍 I really learn from you too ma'am I'm grateful 🤠
I appreciate your humility our team lead @janemorane I never knew about this but I'm grateful it was rectified. Thank you for your advice to both old and new steemians, it's helpful to all.
@ubongudofot I was traveling from one country to another while reading this your article it is really interesting I wished all steemians will see this and read then learn from this noble people.
Well I will like to give a little suggestion though, if possible you can be doing this program twice a week so we get to know a lot of active users, I'm curious to learn from you soon them. Also I will like to suggest you interview 2 users per interview session and 4 users in total each week, With this users will have more time to read and draw a lesson from each users instead of scanning through and not carefully reading the post intently. Once again thank you for your nice showcase looking forward to next week showcase.
❣️❣️
Thank you very much for going through the interview, truely i must say that i really benefited alot myself.
Having all these Users in my show is something that i will call Interesting, they are all unique with different great things to learn from.
Thank you for your suggestion, i'll do adjustments from Next week by featuring two users per show so that it will continue to be interesting.
You are the fifth person with this suggestion.
I will consider it.
I'm grateful 🤗🤗🤗
That was another wonderful showcase edition with interesting users, thank you!
I've already congratulated you on this format and the idea for it - it'll stay that way... ;-)
Nevertheless, I would like to suggest that you switch to two interview partners per issue. It's not the first time I've noticed that I can't/won't concentrate any more at the third interview. There is simply too much information, too much input. No one deserves to have their interview no longer read with full devotion.... ;-)
Thank you very much for your suggestion. You know, you are actually the 4th person giving me that suggestion and i was about announcing it on this post that starting from Next week, the interview showcase will feature just two users per show.
Its actually much work arranging each person statements, sometimes it takes hours...
I will switch to two Users per show from Next week , i have alot of interesting Users on my list/ Schedule.
Thank you very much for this suggestion...
Thank you for inviting me, it was a great experience🤗
Hey Ozge..., thank you for honouring my invitation, thank you for teaching me some Turkish....even though a had a big head that couldnt store most things back then ... ..it was great to have you in the building...despite our time zone differences ...the sacrifice was worth it..i hope to have you again in the show in the future...
teşekkürler :)
Great minds always comes with great ideas, congratulations on continuing a very successful showcase interviews this week. Its my honour to join you and had a great time sharing my experience on the platform and many more…
Thanks again for inviting me my friend!
Wish you success always.
Hello Jane, thank you for honoring the invitation, it was great to have you in my show with all the great informations you passed to Users. Thank you so much , hopefully in the future, i could have you again.
Off course, I would love to join again with more experience and other things to discuss…
That would be great. But till then...let's steem On💪...!!
I had a great time with our dear @ubongudofo, his questions are well asked, which shows that he spent hours preparing them. I encourage you because with this work we can move forward on Steemit. Thank you.
Thank you so much. It was great having you on my Show, and the great knowledge you impact was awesome. The good interaction is well appreciated. I hope to have you again in my show in the future..
