Hello steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a bless day, today I will be taking part in an amazing contest organised by @cryptoloover titled "Review the online payment app"

INTRODUCTION

In our today's world where technologies has taken over everything financial, starting from cryptocurrencies to our national legal tender everything is now technologically operated.

So in my today's entry I will be sharing with you guys my favourite online payment app, why it's my favourite, how to transfer funds in it and lastly some additional added features I promise it will be fund and interesting so just relax and read through.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ONLINE PAYMENT APP? WHY?

Everyday in our lives we all do carry out one transaction or the other and some of us do pay with physical cash while most of us like to carry out some of this transactions with the help of some online payment app.

So the name of my most favourite online payment app is the UBA mobile app, I know that you were not expecting me to mention a bank app but sincerely that's my favourite payment app.

And why it's my favourite payment app is that it is very easy and simple to use it also makes it very easy for you to chat and communicate with customer service in case you have any issues with your account that needs urgent attention.

HOW TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER? SHOW STEPS

In the app it is very easy and simple to carry out any amount of transaction you wish to perform through the following steps.

STEP 1

In this first step you will have to first of all login into your UBA mobile banking app on your mobile phone 📱 and then on the page that will appear, you will see a lot of features and options so there you will have to click the send money option then you will be taken to a new page.

STEP 2

After you might have finished clicking the send money option on the home page you will be directed to the page you are seeing above then if you wish to transfer money to a fellow UBA account owner you will click the first option as seen in the picture "UBA Account"

Then if you wish to transfer money to another Bank like okay, union bank, palm pay etc you will have to click the second option "Other Banks" then select the recipient bank then enter his or her bank account number.

STEP 3

After entering his or her bank account number automatically the name of the recipient will appear for you to be able to confirm the recipient then you will have to go ahead and enter the amount you wish to transfer and also the transaction description then click on the transfer button 🔘.

STEP 4

After clicking on the transfer button the authentication page will pop up for you to be able to input your account transaction pin so as to be able to execute or initiate the transfer.

STEP 5

And once that is done you will be notified that your transaction has been carried out successfully as you can see in the above picture.

TELL US ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL FEATURES THAT ARE PRESENT IN IT BESIDES PAYMENT SENDING.

Another interesting features which we can find in my favourite online payment app is the fact that you can directly chat with customer service and this one you won't be chatting with bots.

Rather you will be chatting directly with an agent who will be able to take care and respond to your needs with a couple of minutes infact customer service in the UBA is the best.

CONCLUSION
