Camping Club Steemit CONTEST March - Forest trip

A walk in nature is something very pleasant, it takes you away from the daily stress of urban areas, the speed of tasks and responsibilities at work. Walking is a very good activity as it combines several important factors – beautiful views to enjoy and also to photograph, fresh air – especially in the higher parts of the mountains, access to sunlight which contributes to the production of vitamin D, an excellent idea for a walk with family and friends, and also a good physical activity, which is reflected by toning your body and increasing your energy, and can also help with weight maintenance or even weight loss.

Walking in the mountains is an excellent idea, as they combine nature and physical exertion, in the mountains you can see unique sights - peaks, lakes, caves and many others. Our country has many beautiful places in the mountains, and about 30% of its territory is made up of mountains. Unlike other places of interest, in the mountains - because we are far from civilization - we have to follow a few basic rules in order not to create unnecessary dangerous situations for us or for the animals that live there.
