Remaining Pine Trees

in CCSlast month (edited)

Many pine trees grows in colder places, and mountains. That's why Baguio is called as the City of Pines, because there used to be a lot of pine trees there. Everybody knew Baguio City is at the top of mountain range.

However, pine trees also grows in lowlands. In the Capitol area in our town, there used to be a lot of pine trees. Too bad, some of them have been cut down to pave way for construction of a park (which is actually inside the park). When we were in Bugallon too, there are pine trees in the lower mountains.

When we went to Estanza, I noticed these pine trees as they are distinct because those are the only trees in that area. I heard there are lots of pine trees there back then, but those are the remaining ones. Maybe replanting can help, and beautify this park as well as it has good environmental effect.
