Food Photography Challenge - Week 41
Welcome to my food post, I will be showing a Nigerian delicacy called Atama soup. This soup is most common in the ibibio speaking part of Nigeria, it can be cooked in different styles. I made mine with these ingredients below
- Meat
- Stock fish
- Waterleaf
- Small melon
- Dry fish
- Atama leaf.
This is Atama soup with garri swallow. It can be eaten with fufu, samo .
This food is very rich , it contains so many nutrients. I will encourage my friends to have a taste of it. I can give a full direction on how to prepare it.
