Kind of seems like it doesn't have a bathroom. It's tough when I assess these properties because what I noticed is a lot of RVs in Indiana are going for cheaper than I thought they would and then some of the land in Michigan seem somewhat reasonable. With the Solar panels and battery packs like you have a person could post up out there.

It kind of seems like the RV market is falling apart. There was a bunch of decent looking deals on Facebook market place as well.
But seems like there is some of this land that doesn't seem too bad that would be close to Boyne Mountain for skiing in the Winter and Snowmobiling and then close to the lakes in the summer to go kayaking and all that.
It's tough to really know what a good deal is at this point but I feel like in the next couple of years people are going to have to let a lot of these various properties go.
I'm sure you have thought about it but it would be interesting to set up a system where there is a flowing creek through a property where you can use one of the small hydro generators and the solar panels to charge battery banks and run various crypto nodes.
This wouldn't be a bad place to post up as World War 3 ramps up.
