Hello Steemian in CCS Community Everyone
How are you all today, I hope you are doing well wherever you are
The night sky was decorated with torchlight that glowed like stars on earth. Thousands of people flocked to the streets, carrying their torches in a parade to welcome Eid al-Adha 1445 Hijriah/2024 AD. An atmosphere full of joy and enthusiasm enveloped all the parade participants.
At the front of the line, small children ran happily carrying their small torches, their cheerful laughter echoing in the night air. Behind them, young men and women walked excitedly, singing melodious takbir and salawat. The adults walked calmly, carrying their torches with sincerity and prayer.
Along the road, people's houses are decorated with colorful lights. Banners and banners saying Happy Eid al-Adha were installed in various places. The aroma of typical Eid al-Adha dishes such as rendang and satay wafted in the air, adding to the lively atmosphere.
This torch relay is not only an annual tradition, but also a form of gratitude and joy among Muslims for the arrival of Eid al-Adha. The day where Muslims commemorate the sacrifice of the Prophet Ibrahim Alaihissalam who was willing to slaughter his son, Ismail, as a form of obedience to Allah SWT.
In the middle of the parade, several groups performed marching bands and traditional dances. Their appearance further enlivened the atmosphere and attracted the attention of the audience. Loud cheers and applause accompanied each of their performances.
The torch relay continued until late at night. The glowing light of the torch is a symbol of the strength of faith and obedience of Muslims. The spirit of Eid al-Adha, which is full of sincerity and sacrifice, was felt so strongly in the hearts of everyone present.
This torch relay is not only a tradition, but also a moment to strengthen ties of brotherhood and friendship between Muslims. At this moment, everyone is united, regardless of differences in ethnicity, race and class. They celebrate Eid al-Adha with great joy and harmony.
