Well done

Wishing everyone a good night, I sat down to write this post to participate in today's competition.

Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah, I am also good with everyone's prayers.

Today I will tell you about a sweet tasting pita of Bangladesh winter. What we call -

Handful (Mutho)/Handful of Pita( Cake)

This pita is made by hand and boiled in jaggery or sugar juice, so it may have got its name.

First, the Rice powder is mixed with hot Water, making "Mutho" with the help of hands.

Then mix "Palm Molasses" in Milk, grate coconut, burn it well with bay leaves and reduce the juice and when it becomes thick, leave the "Handfuls(Mutho)" in it, burn it well and reduce the juice again.

This is how Sadh's "Mutho Pitha" becomes delicious in the magical hands of housewives.

Sometimes, this pitha is held as a pitha festival.
