Одной тарелкой овощей не наешься! Конечно, к ней надо что-то еще. =)
Удивительно строгий пост. Выдержать его можно, наверное, только зная подходящие рецепты.
Рецептов много, можно даже постный торт испечь. Более проблемно готовить для себя постное, а для семьи обычную еду.
Да, непонятно что готовить, когда все едят разное. :) Завидую тем, кто умеет приготовить и для себя, и для других, не напрягаясь.
