Food Photography Challenge - Week 45 | Bakso Kuah
Hello all
Welcome to my weekly CCS Food Photography Challenge entry, CCS Food Photography is a regular event held by Camping Club Steemit (CCS), so every week we share one of our Foodie post in our community.
Today I make this post as my entry for Week 45 or Round 45. the subject is Bakso Kuah. The word Bakso should be familiar here, regarding I used Nasi Goreng Bakso last week as my entry.
Bakso is Indonesian Meatball, in general it's the same as Chinese beef ball. There are plenty of way to serve bakso, but Bakso Kuah is the most basic one. Bakso kuah is a Meatball in a soup, served without any noodles nor additional side dish. Mine above is a thick broth soup with some meatballs, that's how Bakso Kuah should be
