Hello, How are you guys?

I hope we all are having a good day today. ThiThis time I am sharing you what I jsut had for lunch. It is called Bandeng Lunak or Bandeng Tulang Lunak. Bandeng is a milkfish, or in some region they are called as Chanos. It's hard to describe them because I believe they have many names too. It's a popular fish in Indo Pacific region.

This is not an expensive one, you can get bandeng everywhere. This Bandeng is a Tulang Lunak one, tulang lunak is soft bone. What we mean by that is that this fish you can eat all, because it's presto or steam in high pressure so they bone because softed.

I bought this Bandeng at a small rice hut in my neighborhood. The taste is quite ok, not excellent as I have expected before. However what can I expect for a less than a dollar lunch? If I buy this one on a fancy restaurant, it will cost me more than 4 dollars anyway.

So how do you think about this dish?
