Greetings CCS Community!

Today I’m gonna share with you something Turkish. Probably one of the best Turkish deserts you could eat. It is called Kunefe, well it’s actually an Arab desert, because i think the word also comes from Arabian, but anyway this is basically a sweet baked cheese.

Yeah i know it sounds strange, but it’s amazing. It’s made with spun pastry, sugar based syrup and depending on the restaurant they put pistachios on top with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy! 😄
