St. Marco Church | Taśmajdan Park | Architectural Photography
Greetings CCS Community!
Today in the Architectural Photography I’m gonna show you another Serbian architectural wonder. It’s the second biggest Church in the capital Belgrade. I showed you the biggest church last week called St. Sava so today it’s time for the second biggest called St. Marco. It’s located basically in the middle of the centre where there’s a park called Taśmajdan and it’s part of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
If you are wondering what does Taśmajdan means it’s a Turkish word that basically translates as a placed where stones are being extracted, something like that.
