Food Photography Challenge - Week 59 - Special rural borscht.

Borscht is one of the few Ukrainian dishes that have become a heritage and are recognized by UNESCO as a national treasure its recipe.

But in fact borscht cooked in a restaurant and borscht cooked by housewives can differ both in the ingredients they contain and in the richness of their taste.

This photo shows a special rural borscht made from large pieces of meat and coarsely chopped vegetables with beans and necessarily with the addition of sour cream and there is never too much sour cream just like there is never too much meat.
