Food Photography Challenge - Week 31 - Chicken liver baked with plums.
Incredible taste and a pleasant surprise awaited me when my wife prepared chicken liver baked with plums.
At first glance it seems that nothing could be simpler than putting liver and plums on a baking sheet but the preparatory work for this dish was more complicated.
After all the liver was first breaded and fried and only after that the baking process began.
The whole thing is topped with red fortified wine which means it has a lot of sweetness.
The sweet and sour taste of the liver dish did not leave me indifferent.
