Architectural Photography - Week 58 - There was a time of different architecture.
There was a time when architectural structures, even if they were not palaces but ordinary residential buildings looked different not like they are built today.
When you see a building like this forty years old or more it becomes noticeable because on the sloping roofs you can see such elements as attics and dovecotes.
Yes, some entrances to the attic space have simply turned into dovecotes but there are also special extensions for the cozy life of our feathered neighbors, which are pigeons.
If you hear the croaking of pigeons under the roof of your house in the morning, this creates a special atmosphere of some distance from the city even if you live in the center of the metropolis.
But such elements are becoming fewer and fewer and access to them even if there is something similar on the roof pigeons there is no longer.
