İNŞAAT FUAR GEZİM/MY CONSTRUCTION FAİR TRİP

Adana’da 29.02.2024-03.03.2024 tarihinde inşaat fuarı vardı.Biz 02.03.2024 cumartesi günü bu Fuara katılım sağladık.Fuara katılmak isteyişimin en büyük sebebi Jeoloji ve inşaat alanında çok değerli hocaların söyleşilerine katılmaktı.
İlk etapta fuarı gezdik.İnşaat malzemeleri satan, havuz malzemeleri satan ayrıca peyzaj ürünleri satan firmalar stant kurmuşlardı.

Ama benim en çok ilgimi çeken orada bulunan Ahşap evdi.Depremden sonra müstakil ev isteğim arttı ancak bu istek bir çok kişide oluştuğundan şu an müstakil daireler ve arsa fiyatları çokça arttı.
Ne arsa alınabiliyor ne de müstakil daire.
Ahşap evi gezdim tavanın çok yüksek olması eve ferahlık sağlamış.Terası çok hoşuma gitti.Ayrıca salon kısmından camın tavandan aşağıya olması çok hoştu.Ahşap evlerin belli yıllarda bakıma ihtiyacı var.Yangın açısından riskli olduğu söylenen bu evlerde şu an kablolar çok özel bir şekilde döşendiği bilgisini aldım.
Evin fiyatına gelirsek.iki oda bir salon bu ev iki milyon üstünde satılıyormuş.
Sadece bakabildik.Umarım ileride almak nasip olur.

Aşağıdaki resimdeki karotmuş.Deprem sonrası binalar hakkında yapılan analizde alınan ürün.

Daha sonra söyleşi başladı.İlk söyleşide Jeoloji mühendisi Prof.Dr.Süleyman Pampal Çukurova’nın Depremselliği konusunda söyleşi yapıyordu.Olası depremlerde ne yapılmalı ,evde nelere dikkat etmeli onu anlatıyordu.Önceki yaşanan depremdeki yanlış yapılan binalar,davranşlar konuşuldu.
Özellikle gezdiğimiz ahşap evlerde gardrobun konumuna dikkat çekti.Mümkünse duvara monte edilmeli dedi.Kaçma esnasında insan üzerine yıkılabilir o nedenle sabitlemek gerekiyormuş.

Biz bu söyleşinin sonuna yetiştik.
Bu söyleşiden sonra Prof.Dr.Ahmet Beycioğlu’nun Binamız depreme ne kadar hazır adlı söyleşisi başladı. Söyleşi sonrası soruları İMO Adana Şube Başkanı Hıdır Çak ile cevapladı.
Söyleşide bina yapımında yapılan yanlışları yaşanmış depremden bina fotoğrafları ile anlattı.
Söyleşide dikkatimi çeken 2 şey oldu.Asmolen tavan deprem bölgelerinde kullanımı riskliymiş ama maalesef halen yeni yapılan binalarda bu sistem kullanılıyor,çünkü tamamen yasaklanmamış.
İkincisi ise inşaat sektöründe çalışan işçilerin eğitimsizliği.

There was a construction fair in Adana on 29.02.2024-03.03.2024. We attended this fair on Saturday, 02.03.2024. The biggest reason I wanted to attend the fair was to attend the talks of very valuable teachers in the field of geology and construction.
In the first place, we visited the fair. Companies selling construction materials, pool materials and landscaping products had set up stands.

But what caught my attention the most was the wooden house there. After the earthquake, my desire for a detached house increased, but since this desire occurred in many people, the prices of detached flats and land have increased a lot.
Neither land nor detached flats can be purchased.
I visited the wooden house and the fact that the ceiling was very high made the house spacious. I liked the terrace very much. It was also very nice that the glass in the living room was from the ceiling down. Wooden houses need maintenance in certain years. I am informed that the cables are laid in a very special way in these houses, which are said to be risky in terms of fire. I bought.
As for the price of the house, this two-bedroom, one-living room house was sold for over two million.
We could only look at it. I hope we will be able to buy it in the future.

Then the interview started. In the first interview, Geological engineer Prof. Dr. Süleyman Pampal was giving an interview about the seismicity of Çukurova. He was explaining what to do in possible earthquakes and what to pay attention to at home. Wrong buildings and behaviors in the previous earthquake were discussed.
He particularly drew attention to the location of the wardrobe in the wooden houses we visited. He said that it should be mounted on the wall if possible. It could fall on a person during escape, so it had to be fixed.

After this interview, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Beycioğlu's talk titled "How ready is our building for an earthquake" started. After the interview, he answered the questions with İMO Adana Branch President Hıdır Çak.
In the interview, he explained the mistakes made in building construction with photographs of buildings from the earthquake.

There were two things that caught my attention during the interview. The use of hollow block ceilings in earthquake zones is risky, but unfortunately this system is still used in newly constructed buildings because it is not completely banned.
The second is the lack of education of workers working in the construction industry.
