Street Photography Challenge - Kutuzovsky Prospekt
I decided to enter the contest Street Photography Challenge Week - 48 | "📷Capture, Click, Compete!📷"| "📷Capture, Click, Compete!📷" by @theentertainer.
Moscow. Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
It is considered one of the central streets of the Capital of Russia. It goes from the center of Moscow towards the west, towards Smolensk. The avenue was named after the commander Kutuzov, who fought with Napoleon in 1812. The avenue passes near the former village of Fili, where Kutuzov decided to retreat the Russian Army to the east beyond Moscow. It was a very unpopular historical decision. But as you know, Napoleon brought his troops to Moscow, which met him with a fire and after a few months he had to withdraw his Army to France.
