On this very happy occasion I will take part in a contest organized by the Steem4Bloggers community,In this contest, we will explain our thoughts and ideas if we are school principals. There are also some tips or guides for participants to help participate in this contest and below are the guidelines that we must adapt to our status as school principals.
- What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?
Every school definitely wants to have abilities that are reckoned with in society, therefore we must be able to master knowledge about all academic programs. If we as school principals the better we do for something better in the academic field is to always supervise and control an effective learning system.
- What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?
Becoming a school principal, then it is certain that it will give more responsibility both in terms of school development or from the ability of the teachers in charge of the schools we lead. The tips that I will give to the teachers who are our responsibility are to always give enthusiasm and appreciate and respect every effort that is sincerely given by the teacher. What I mean by their toil is patiently teaching their students lessons.
- Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?
Sport in the school environment is very important and to my knowledge every school has a list of sports schedules for their students. There are many ways for us to encourage them to want to play sports and in the end be able to take part in competitions at the school level and then if their abilities are above average then that's even better. Providing a place and managing funds to meet the needs in the sports sector is one of the solutions.
- What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).
We will continue to monitor the student's progress at what level of learning ability so far because that can also tell the ability of our teachers as well. Politeness and friendliness in giving lessons to students is one of the guidelines that must be carried out at every opportunity because then students will respect them.
- At last, tell us about the personality of your school principle in your matriculation level.
Everyone has different thoughts, so we must be able to judge which direction is better for us to direct our other friends so we can connect with the relationship. The linkage here mentioned is between the principal and the principal,Principal with teachers and teachers with students. Therefore, as someone who can interpret it, it is very easy to communicate between all of us.
Thus my post this time, I hope it can be an inspiration in living this life, especially for myself and I also don't forget to thank all my friends who have supported me.

Enthusiasm and respect elements always help many students to convey their messages in the whole world. I would say this is the best way to convert any student's thinking in a positive way. I would say that you have elaborated them clearly but the presentation styles were not as good. Take my suggestion as a younger brother mate. Overall you have done a great job. This was the awesome line that sports also play key role in any schoolinh and college life.
