Hi @steemchiller, I think that an account like this should be downvoted, in order to discourage them from continuing to publish in various communities (As I was hoping it would happen to all those accounts I found in Global Steem.) Because, just banning them from one community, does it guarantee, that they would stop posting stolen content in other communities?

In short, this account here is related to the others I found on Global Steem. If you enter the wallet, you can see that - transfers to fikarr and reeja, which in turn transfer to other accounts...
