This is my first time of posting in this community,Is my plessure been here.
This Interesting topic caught my attention here is my participation post. Password Security is very important in anything , In Every Important social media there must be a personal security password to enable the user to be safe from hackers. But is unfortunate that some dubious individuals are out there looking for accounts to hack . This Topic will help us to be careful with our steemit account.

Have you had your Steemit account hacked? What do you think about dubious links offering rewards? Give us your opinion.

Hacking account means restricting someone access to his or her account. Since I have known that there are people who are mean in causing pain to other people I have been very carful with my account here on steemit. My account has not been hacked. I dont key in to any link offering any rewards because nothing good comes easy. Having known this i will not try clicking on any unknown link because i cant labour in vain.

What are your recommendations to prevent your account from being stolen or hacked? Give us your opinion.

Ones password should be as personal or confidential as possible. Only trusted family memebers should know your password . And it should be used only when necessary.. the password should be kept or stored in a safe place,The reason for sharing your password with a trusted family is incase you forget or lost the copy in your possession.

Why do some accounts get hacked? What would you say to people whose accounts are hacked?

• carelessness. When the account owner is not careful there by exposing the password and clicking on any link online the account will be hacked.
• Greed. Some friends who share the password with you can be greedy and hacked the account for thier self interest. When you are not contented with the little you have this can lead you to look for links that offer reward and from there your account will be hacked .
• Scammers . Sometimes you will find out that your account is hacked even when it is well kept yes is becof this set of professionals who tries people's password and if is not properly protected it will be hacked.
  When someone's account is hacked is always very painful but that is not the end of life such People whom thier account is hacked can start allover again and be very careful not to expose thier password anyhow.

If you find out that your account has been hacked, what are the steps you should take immediately to prevent your tokens from being stolen?

• Report to the authorities who manage the account.
• Deactivate your password.
• Block the account and open it
• check the hacker.

If one is not protective of his possessions wealth will be from from him. This means we should value whatever we have expecially things like password should be secured with outermost care.
